Great location, in a quiet, clean, and pleasant area, with very interesting architecture, gardens in front of the hotel, and close to relevant services and places: just a few streets away, Queensway Street is home to many restaurants, cafés, pubs, and shops; Bayswater, Queensway and Paddington underground stations (the latter also includes express buses and trains) are very close to the hotel; Bayswater Avenue is next to the hotel, with several public transport links and direct access to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park (you can easily walk from the hotel to the parks). The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very good, although a little slow to serve. The hotel has a small room with three pieces of gym equipment and a mini-sauna, which is always a nice plus.

The AC in the room — and, from what I understood when I approached the staff, in all the rooms — has two small problems: it doesn't vary much in terms of temperature and the direction of the ventilation is fixed and cannot be overridden, even with the fans on minimum. The problem is that the AC is above the bed and the direction of the fans is precisely towards the guests' heads as they sleep. We had to change the position of the bed in the room during our stay. And, as I mentioned above, the breakfast, although very good in terms of what is on offer, has two problems: it closes too early on weekdays, and the staff take a long time to seat people at the tables and serve the orders guests make from the menu.

The staff were absolutely fantastic: friendly, polite, and willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. What is helpful is that the staff are international and speak various languages. I would like to separately thank Andrea from the waiters team and Xuan and Anna from the reception desk. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and there were a variety of a la carte and buffet options. Location is very good too. There are several Tube stations nearby and Paddington railway station. The facilities are well refurbished and clean (although rooms are not quite soundproof, so sometimes you may hear TV/talks in neighboring rooms).

Our room didn't have a bathroom door and was very small. The size of the room was outlined in the description, so it wasn't misleading but it did feel a lot more cramped than I expected it to. The lack of a bathroom door was a problem tho. It's nice to have privacy and while I understand the "open floor plan" to make the room feel bigger, taking away a bathroom door isn't really the best way to accomplish that. So if you aren't traeveling with someone you are very close to, maybe choose a hotel with more privacy

We stayed in the large family suite, which is newly renovated. It was ideal for our family of three, with a large bed for us and a single bed in a separate area for our daughter. There are two beautiful bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a lovely bathtub. The room is huge and beautifully decorated, and there are two separate air conditioners, one in each sleeping area. We all thought the beds were extremely comfortable, and I appreciated that the curtains blocked all the light so we weren't woken early by the sun. The location is great, less than a 10-minute walk from Paddington and two other Tube stations, making it easy to get anywhere in the city or to Heathrow. Even though it's centrally located, it was very quiet. Breakfast was good, not too crowded, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Other than a couple of small complaints (see below), we found the hotel wonderful and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! The hotel should add better pictures of the family suite to the website, as the few small photos do not do it justice. We had no idea when booking the room what it looked like or how the two sleeping areas were configured. We were pleasantly surprised by how large and nice the room was.

There are just a few little things that could be improved, possibly because the room is newly renovated and there are a few things yet to be added. First, there were no trash cans in either bathroom. We had to walk out of the bathrooms to the other side of the very large room to throw things away, which was strange. Second, it would be great to add a full-length mirror somewhere in the room (a lighted makeup mirror would also be a nice touch). Last, the television felt tiny compared to the size of the room. It would be nice to have a larger TV, but it's not that big of a deal as we did not come to London to watch television!

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring London. Close to the park and metro. The room and bed is comfortable overall with basic amenities for a short stay, but only a couple notes made it a B- stay. We did not try the hotel breakfast.

Hotel needs a deep clean on their carpets. Both myself and partner's allergies and throat flared up/felt irritated through the night. The AC unit did little to help; thankfully there was a balcony door to open. It is clean overall, but you can tell it needs to peel back and trash those carpets. Last other critique is it's a small room for two - there was no place to open a carry-on.

It was one of the best hotels we have been at, the service was beyond what we expected. The other hotels we been at has always had some things that we really disliked, but this time we could literally not find anything bad about it and that’s a new for us. My boyfriend had his birthday while we stayed at the hotel and the crew made sure he felt like a birthday boy without us even mentioning it by surprising him with a note, some balloons, and a cake. Always made sure to meet our needs wether it was a question about the hotel or when we lost the card key to the room. 10/10, would recommend to anyone who wants quality rooms, good breakfast with great service for a really good price.

We have stayed at the Caesar Hotel before and knew the location would be perfect for our return to London. The breakfast was just INCREDIBLE!!!!! Cooked to order along with a very generous buffet option. The staff are beyond cordial and friendly, I especially would like to mention Roberto and Juan as they greeted us as we checked in. They are perfect in the role of working the Front Desk. Rooms were super clean and recently remodeled to a high standard. Beds were super comfy. Truly, everything was excellent!

I wouldn't change a thing!

I had a great experience at the Caesar Hotel London, The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, The room was a bit small but overall it was extremely clean, had everything I needed, and comfy. The location is excellent, very close to Hyde park, Bayswater and Queensway stations. The breakfast was very good It was an excellent stay, and will definitely consider again when visiting London.

Stylish room with amazingly comfortable bed. Room service included and is amazing! Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very quiet and possibly the best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel. High quality breakfast. The hotel is close to Hyde Park which is great for views and somewhere to relax.

I wish the TV was a smart TV - that's the ONLY bad point.

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend. We stayed in an executive suite which was perfect. Very modern room and facilities. The shower was powerful and spacious. Large bed and comfortable pillows. Nice complimentary tea and coffee. Staff extremely friendly and happy to help answer our questions.

It was slightly noisy at times with hotel doors opening/closing and people in the lift coming back late at night or leaving early in the morning. Apart from this, everything was fantastic.
