I had to leave London after only 6 days.. otherwie I'd stay much longer :-)

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were able to leave our bags with them both before check in and after checkout.This was the only hotel we have been in for ages where the room temperature was truly adjustable (cool). The location, less than 5 min from Paddington station was excellent. A wide selection of tea, coffee etc was available in the lounge to help yourself to. A tasty breakfast buffet, including a full English was provided. A free drink at the pub across the road is provided.

The decor is a little strange and the bathroom/ shower cubicle would be a struggle if you were more than 5’3” tall or bigger than 9 stone. Having said that, kids would love these rooms.

The staff from the front desk to the breakfast room were very friendly and welcoming, the location is outstanding for Paddington, just 300m, and Lancaster Gate is less than a 10 mins walk. So central London is easily accessible in a short time. The breakfasts were lovely from cereal to fruit to full English to pastries. We were able to store our luggage after check out and had a complimentary drink each at the pub across the road. We were even able to print our boarding passes. Will return.

Perfect location next to the tube & Hyde park! Was nice & quiet in the area at night with nice bars/places near by! The 2 gentlemen on reception upon arrival was the most helpful and extremely friendly & welcoming

The bathroom was a little small but was still very clean and served its purpose

Staff friendly and room clean great place to stay every thing around you just quick jump and you are on tube or buses or even order a ubber no bad prices either only thing I could say is breakfast was good quality but needs be keep at high temperature has only just about warm

The staff at reception was very much cooperative and generous. Especially I would like to thank Mr Roy at reception on afternoon of 12th February. He was very kind and nice to me. I was very happy with my stay there.

Everything was nice, however in breakfast all three meat items were Pork which i could not consume due to religious reasons. There should be some beef or chicken there also. This I have seen since last 7 years i have been staying at hotel. It should change now !!!

It is at a great location with close proximity to the tube. The hotel provides an amazing breakfast. Staff were exceptional. Check-in was smooth along with check out.

The location was perfect for what you wanted to do. Hyde park, Oxford Circus. We've stayed in this part a few times, obviously different hotels because of the location, and you're able to park your car right outside. This hotel is charged for all day. We got Ubers to Battersea & Camden. Great fares and super quick. So I would highly recommend using. Also, brekky was lovely with everything you could want from cooked brekky, toast, all drinks, fruit, pastries etc... Great value for money for what we paid. We would definitely stay here again

All reviews have said the rooms were on the small side. Yes, but for 1 night, which we did for a family of 4, it was perfect for us just to sleep. The bathroom mind was small 🙈. But, you manage...

The location is excellent for those travelling for leisure. Walking distance to several turistic spots, close to the beautiful hyde park and very close to padington station. The staff is really helpful and nice.

The breakfast should have some more plant based options. Like plant based yoghurt and vegetable milk.

The hotel is literally a block away from a central thoroughfare. It's an optimal location. I also liked that the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also fairly good, I was pleasantly surprised.

The rooms themselves are small, as expected. Mine was a particularly small one as advertised so I wasn't surprised. However, the bathroom is so incredibly small if you were a large person (in height or weight) it would be nearly impossible to take a shower. Additionally the rooms are noticeably a bit worn down. But they were clean so I was comfortable.
