Staff was very nice and prestative, since before my arrival they attended my request of a room on lower level and suggested a baby crib so we can be more comfortable , also changed us to a bigger room that become available. They have fridge, microwave, electric kettle, tea, coffee and cookie in the room, which was very helpful to prepare food for the baby. Location is perfect , 5 min walk straight forward to one of the principal stations Padigton. Very nice restaurants close by and cute neighborhood also. Breakfast also very nice, with a lot of options of course is not resort level, you’re also not paying resort price.

I would only suggest to change the mattress as we could feel the springs, but didn’t ruin the nights.

Location, price, cleanliness and friendly, helpful, cheerful staff. Our room was compact but had more than we needed (fridge and microwave) and shower although small was powerful and water hot. When we had a slight noise issue with the room above it was handled politely and efficiently. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Reception were very helpful and carried our suitcases up stairs. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Sometimes having to queue for breakfast meaning we had to go really early or late but I can see that space is a premium and they do ask people not to linger when they've finished so they are doing all they can to help and it's a minor inconvenience. Didn't spoil our stay.

The property was close to wear we planned to go while also being incredibly affordable. It was a straight road from the natural history and science museums and right round the corner from restaurants and Paddington station. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was right opposite the front door which was handy and the room was huge. Really nicely decorated and had everything we needed in it. Beds were super comfy too! Breakfast was really nice, not full of stuff like larger hotels I’ve been too but just enough and still had a large selection. It was fresh and good to know there would be little to no waste. The eggs were the best scrambled eggs I’ve had at a breakfast in a while!

I loved it I thought it was great the only thing if any, and this is a stretch, the room could use a little touch up. I don’t mind the lived in look, it adds the homeliness that big hotels don’t have but I also know that a lot of people don’t like worn looking things. The other would be the room where the breakfast is quite small as you know, a small adjustment of having chairs that tucked under the tables would greatly increase the manoeuvrability of the room.

We arrived as family with 4 year old child. Tiny hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, who offered us mattress for the little one as double bed was quite small size for 3 of us. Great location, close to Paddington Station and busses, restaurants. Rooms clean and smart with small fridge, microwave, kettle, and hairdryer. Everything that You need. Perfect for our 3 night stay.

Breakfast is served in a very small dining room with only a few tables. First day we ended going back to room and came back after 30 minutes( which wasn't easy with hungry 4 year old) and some quests were still occupied it, sitting and checking their phones while the other quest were waiting to have something to eat. I know it's impossible to make the room bigger but this could be resolved a bit better.

Friendly greeting at reception and very helpful. Customer first attitude which was appreciated. The room was compact and spotlessly clean with happy friendly housekeepers. Plenty of tea bags too! I always bring a pint of milk and was pleasantly surprised to have a fridge. Great value and just minutes from Paddington station. I would definitely stay again.

I was on the top floor which wasn't a problem for me but would be difficult for some to climb so many steps. They offered to carry my bag but I was ok. The hot water takes a few minutes to come to the top floor but the shower was lovely when it did. Breakfast was a basic continental however, it was included in the rate and the scrambled egg was perfect. Dining area was exceptionally clean.

Honest review, It’s nice clean and modern and the staff are really nice and welcoming and kind The room was really clean and nice we were at the front of the property and it was really nice to see London outside the window we had a mini balcony thing so you can proper stick your head out and feel safe to look The hotel is right by Paddington station literally a 2-4 minute walk and you’re there. there is a lot of shops nearby like greene king kfc tourist shops and convenience stores The staff let us leave our bags there the day after so we could go and see things without carrying our bags round which was really nice We felt safe and comfortable the whole time and didn’t hear anyone else in the property I think this may be a family run property it felt really nice here and has a really good vibe and would definitely come back if I was coming to London again It’s 10 mins drive from London Victoria so a Uber is around £10 to see the main parts of London and Camden is not too far either

The bed was a single and a half rather than a double and me and my partner are bigger ish people so we had to sleep basically led on each other so would recommend if you’re a bigger couple to get 2 single beds instead of the double room The only other thing is the breakfast was more like scrambled eggs and ham and cereal, bread etc , I can’t complain about the food because it came with our stay. However I’m gluten intolerant so all I could have was eggs and ham there was also drinks there coffee apple juice and orange juice which was nice when you first get up in the morning you can go downstairs and have breakfast

It was clean, staff was kind, it was comfortable, excellently situated in the center of all attractions. Room had a small fridge which is super helpful, it had everything you might need in a small space.

At breakfast time, there are only about 5 tables for 16 rooms, no matter the time, the room gets crowded and there are no tables available, in the room there is a warning about not taking breakfast to your room. They should fix that. Also if you have any trouble using stairs, ask for a room in the lower floors because there are 5 floors and no elevator.

This was a cute boutique hotel. It was clean with friendly and helpful staffs. They served breakfast every morning, it was a continental style but everything was fresh and delicious. This was a last minute booking after our first booking fell through. We got the last room they had available so it was one of the smaller rooms but it was clean and comfy so we made it due. Would definitely go back and stay there and recommend to family and friends.

Stairs

Really good location. It was a good standard in the room, felt recently updated, the common areas were also fresh and it was well cleaned both in the room and common areas.

The breakfast was very basic but ok. If you like english breakfast it was only beans, scrambled eggs and hashbrown available. Limited assortment of bread and other breakfast items but all basic could be found. But We were always there 30 min before closing and then it was quite empty of some assortment.

Our stay was really good, the hotel is in a good area and really close to station, Hyde park and walking distance to different attractions. The room was tidy, comfy and clean. The staff was helpful and polite. We had a great stay. The room didn’t have usb ports which we needed as we only had one adaptor, but other than that everything else was well served (towels, soap, shampoo, they had body cream, complementary tea and biscuits).
