The place has exceptional views to the lake and Mount Fuji, I had the chance to enjoy the onsen-like moment with a clear vision of the mountain at 5 am that I will never forget. The room I had was quite large and comfortable. I also booked a massage with a very good price!

Soun insulation is not as good as one would expect in a hotel of this kind, I heard someone snoring from the adjacent room and children running in the corridors at night. Dinner and breackfast were fine but not as good as you would expect for the prize of this hotel. The staff is kind but if you do not speak a bit of Japanese it could be difficult to interact with them.

I chose this hotel for its view across Lake Kawaguchiko and Mt. Fuji, and it did not disappoint! Waking up to that view was truly special. The room was spacious and very clean. It had two single beds and a sofa bed where my 10-year-old slept comfortably. The hotel also provided an extra pillow and blanket. The hotel restaurant also offers a stunning view of Mt. Fuji, making meals even more enjoyable. There’s a free shuttle to Kawaguchiko Station until 10 AM, which was very helpful since local buses only start around 9 AM.

Just for awareness & NOT "Didn't like" Buses from Kawaguchiko Station stop running around 6 PM, so plan your day accordingly. The hotel offers buffet-style dinner and breakfast, which is convenient, but if you're looking for cheaper options (or even bottled water), it’s better to buy them before taking the bus from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel. The nearest convenience store is about a 20–25 minute walk away.

Good location, I can see Mt.Fuji from my room, and hotel. It is next to lake, so I can see Mt.Fuji whole day. It is close to center and bus station. It is from 180m to bus station. It is very convenient to everywhere.

The hotel focus on Chinese guests, so we felt inconvenient and annoyed about Chinese guests. They are not polite, and they are too noisy. They are also not conscious. Breakfast and dinner are Chinese dishes, no other choices.

Me and my mom loved staying for this hotel. The location is amazing, right next to lake where we were able to take a walk around the area which is also super cute and peaceful. We also enjoyed our room view to the mountains, tho we stayed there during rainy day, so we were not able to see Mt. Fuji from our room which was really upsetting. But it is a great motivation to come back there on a sunny day. Also, the Onsen in the hotel was our highlight of staying in this hotel. We were able to enjoy it evening late at night, 1 am which was rewarding after day of traveling. There is also Onsen on the terrace which is extremely nice as I could also enjoy night view to lake and area around while taking a bath outside.

the location is really great ! the view of the room is amazing ! we love it ! the facility is great. Love that the room have private bathroom.

- the bathroom door is somewhat too revealing. Although the door is frosted, due to the size of the bathroom, people outside still see in when someone is using it and there isn't second door outside the bathroom. - breakfast timing finish too early

Dint have breakfast so don't know.. the view was amazing..The room was big for a Japanese hotel. It was very clean but old styled interior. They have a free shuttle to and fro the station but you need to inform them in advance.They also have vending machines and Onsen in house which is always a plus.

the walls are thin and you could hear people talking.. too far from train station.. nothing to eat at night around hotel.. reception desk replies were very slow when I messaged them on booking.com app.

The location itself was just amazing, I love the place and the ambiance, I also liked the view from our window which was the lake and my fuji. The staff was super friendly even though we had trouble with our communication they were very reliable and super friendly. The free shuttle they offerred. The onsen is tattoo friendly which I enjoyed the open air even though it was -2°C at 2am. I wanted to go back and book this hotel the next time I come back to Japan. The location was fabulous, a brilliant view of Mt Fuji from our room. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was powerful. The onsen was good and had a view of the mountain. The hotel offer a free shuttle bus after 3pm for check in if you call them or get the red bus and get off at stop 12. We had an evening meal, the restaurant was a little bit like z school canteen but the buffet was good.

The hotel was slightly dated but that didn't stop the service or the cleanliness.

-The Mt Fuji views from our room was so beautiful. 10/10 -Our family enjoyed the breakfast and dinner from the hotel. -The shuttle bus services were excellent. Yes the hotel was a bit dated as others reviews have said but we totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much for the staff from the front desk, they went above and beyond with our luggages.
