The room was clean. I had an 11-month old baby and the furniture here was safer than other hotels. Only the bed and bedside table is a bit dangerous for my boy but he is quite adventurous... I liked the shower room (it has a drying function and a warming function and also good ventilation overall). You can either use the shower, or the bathtub. The shower floor is non-slip, very good! The kitchen has a kettle, chopping board, sharp knife, spatula, ladle, frying pan and pot (the non-stick pot was a bit scratched). There are also plates, bowls, cups, mugs, cutlery, fridge and freezer. The washing machine and detergent was provided. The kitchen sink and shower room sink are large, and the head of the tap can be pulled out like a pipe. Very convenient! Sponge and dishwashing liquid was provided. The TV has YouTube. Other apps require your own account.

The pillow gets very flattened, and can cause a neckache. There was no clothes hook in the toilet with the toilet bowl. There was a small cockroach in the shower room at 4am (no sight of it in the day). No baby chair available. No salt, sugar, coffee or tea. No scissors. You must prepare the exact amount of cash for city tax at check-in (my baby was not charged, luckily). Or you can pay using the QR code provided. The people working at the hotel will not help you if your cash is not exact.

It's a clean and spacious accommodation. 1. Clean - The room is well cleaned and doesn't smell bad. 2. Location - It was nice that Kofukumachi Station was nearby and there were many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. And it's a good location to walk to Hakata Station or Tenjin Station. 3. Room size - It's larger than general Japanese rooms. 4. Kitchen - Induction, frying pans, pots, plates, and cups are equipped so you can prepare a very simple meal. 5. Other - Towels were properly equipped, but they were not enough, so I washed them once in a washing machine and used them. There was a washing machine, so I could wash the laundry conveniently during my trip.

Most of them were satisfied, but since the heating was done with warm air, it was a little noisy and the room was dry. I had a small humidifier, so I was okay. I could check-in without difficulty.

Clean, modern apartment for us two adults and three children. Big SmartTV, to which we could connect with our Netflix. Neighborhood was easy to walk around and featured restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Nearest subway station is about 10 min walk, and it was less than 30 min walking to the main Fukuoka train station.

I was not prepared for the fact that this is a "staff-less" hotel: no people were on site, and check-in was done through a computer terminal, during which we were required to speak with staff via the terminal (no video) for security check-in. The staff told us via audio to pay a tourist tax amount, which we did, but the amount displayed on the computer after the audio call was lower, so perhaps we overpaid! I did not appreciate the lack of human contact. In addition, the kitchen was not well stocked for five people (few plates and bowls and too few cooking pots), and there were no instructions for how to dispose of rubbish once the cans were full.

Close to transit. Quiet.

Check-in process was an iPad that froze. Other guests walked away and I was able to access their room and door code. I don’t know if the problem was connectivity issues or a sub optimal registration platform.Also there was a note on the app that the property would not be collecting an additional fees, but this was not true. We were walked to pay an additional 200¥ per person per night. Again, the faulty checkin system I entered that I deposited the money into a collection box. Something very terrible could have happened bc of the check in procedure.

This is a great location that is 4 mins from the nearest train station and walking distance to the Canal City. It was easy to navigate and get to places with eateries and convenience stores nearby. The room was a good size for a group of 3-4 and the facilities provided were friendly for a family. Check in and check out was easy and fuss free despite being an unmanned hotel.

I really wish that the tap at the bathroom sink could come with hot water as it is freezing cold in November and was quite intolerable to wash our hands or face with such cold water.

The property is clean but a little tight for 5 people

Not enough amenities. For example There is no trash bag available and they expect the guests to provide for them. Staying 8 days and expecting the guests to not have trash is impossible. The towel provided is one per person and they expect you to wash your towel. We stayed 8 days and we went there for leisure and we need to wash our towel if we want a clean one. At least they should have provided for 2 sets , one for use and the other while drying

The location of the hotel was excellent, with shopping and F&B in close vicinity. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay such as fridge, washer and a kitchenette. The bathroom was also equipped with a good environmental control unit.

For my family of 4 grown adults, the room was a bit small. With 2 queen beds and a set of sofa, we had to re-oprganize the sofa to allow our 4 pcs of luggage to be opened; and as a result, we had little room to move around freely. Nevertheless, it would have been a good place to stay for guests with very few luggage. There was no service staff in the hotel hence all guests had to use the tablet provided for self check-in and out.

The hotel was clean, and the facilities provided all the basic necessities, including amenities, kitchenware, a sink, a microwave, and a washing machine in each room. These conveniences made our stay very comfortable. One feature we especially liked was the passcode entry system for both the hotel and the rooms. This was extremely convenient for our group, as we often went out to different places at different times. Not having to worry about a physical key or keycard—especially since most hotels typically provide only one or two—was a great advantage. Additionally, we appreciated the availability of family rooms for 4-5 people. The room was spacious compared to other hotels in big cities. Even with five of us staying together, we had enough space for our luggage, even when packing and unpacking. The small living area was also a great touch, allowing us to sit and relax comfortably, unlike many hotels that only provide a bed and one or two armchairs.

The only minor improvement I would suggest is clearer communication regarding the check-in process. We liked the check-in method and had a positive experience, but slightly clearer instructions would make it even smoother.

It’s new and spacious, and there’s a separate rooms, so it’s great for groups staying together but have some privacy. The bathroom is also spacious. There’s also a kitchen and all the utensils needed, so it’s great for people that want to cooked.

It’s not the hotel’s fault, but there was a hornet flying around our room. As it’s a unmanned hotel, so it would take 1 hour for staff to arrive our room to help us handle the hornet. At the end, we handled it ourselves with towel and soapy water. I would suggest the hotel putting some kind of dip net in each room, so it’d be easier to handle any uninvited critters. PS. R.I.P hornet, we don’t hate you, nothing personal, but I’m sure you would sting us in our sleep, so we gotta let you go.

Room size is adequate - the triple bedroom for our family of 2 adults and 2 children is a good size. Washing machine and bathroom drying function is a great addition. Simple cooking can be done to satisfy the smaller picky eaters. I like that the table is a proper dinner table height and not coffee table height.

The hotel is unmanned, so it’s a stretch to call it a hotel when hospitality is hardly extended. There are a whole set of rules everywhere and contacting staff for requests feels restrictive - you have to scan a QR code and fill up a form to even ask something. I just wish that they would provide a warmer sense of hospitality, even when during virtual check-in, would have been great.
