The room is spacious and the floor plan is nice. There are US plugs that are integrated into the bedframe which makes it easy to power devices. There's lots of little closets everywhere; if you're not the type to forget anything when checking out, these nooks and crannies are a great way to hide some belongings and to feel at home. My room came with a drying hanger. There's a booklet with detailed instructions on using Japanese appliances in english; be sure to give that a lookover! If you happen to be staying during the Hakata Gion Yamakasa at the beginning of July, some processions go on the same street as this hotel! The friendly hosts helped me navigate the festival. Basics: A/C good. Shower pressure good. WiFi good (supported two people no problem). Washing machine good.

The taxi driver had trouble getting to this location. Elevator is a little slow.

* Really big rooms (with lots of storage places for luggage and coats etc.), especially if you compare it to other places in Japan - we had 2 large suitcases and 2 small ones, all could be stored away * The location was great (15 minutes walk from Hakata station) and if you don't mind taking a taxi, it's not too expensive to venture further south (to visit places like Dazaifu Tenmangu). * Miss Satou Yukari was extremely welcoming every morning we were venturing out, and she spent a lot of time helping us research for places to eat (especially Motsunabe), making sure it was foreigner friendly - she definitely completed the trip for us, can't thank her enough!

There wasn't anything

Extremely easy check-in process with friendly staff. Great location, a quiet neighborly vibe and easily access to Gion subway, one stop away from Hakata station. We took advantage of the FamilyMart a block and a half away. The room with two beds was more spacious than any Japanese hotel I've ever stayed in. Has all the amenities you could ask for from a business hotel, including a kitchenette, washer dryer, a tub, a shower with amazing water pressure and heat. The AC was powerful and kept the space toasty at all times. We even got a little balcony! Wifi was crisp and fast. It worked even better than my home wifi for video calls. Exceptionally clean and comfortable quarters. I could not recommend this place enough to all business and leisure travelers.

very spacious compared to a regular hotel room which we appreciate a lot, very clean, have almost everything you need for a few days stay (shampoo/conditioner/bodywash), toothbrush (not too good quality but usable), sleepers, fridge, washing machine & washing detergent, microwave, electric kettle, plates and cutlery etc. Lights are bright enough (with options for dimmer settings if preferred). Clothes washer is a big plus for long trips! It has a drying mode but it's not a real dryer. We have tried adding 1 hour of Drying Mode after the regular wash but clothes were still far from dry. (haven't tried the 3hr drying option so can't say for that). There is a balcony for hanging your laundry so that's helpful, but there are only a like 6 hangers in our room plus one of those small fold-up plastic rack for small items like socks, small towels, so we had to count how many pcs of wet garment we could hang before washing. No free room cleaning provided for multiple-day stay but a vaccum cleaner is there and while we need more facial tissues / washing detergent / rubbish bags etc we could easily get that by inbox messaging the accommodation via booking.com platform (very quick response). The lady staff who assisted us the few days while we were there was super friendly and helpful.

A main thing for us was the beds. They are very hard for our liking, and the middle of the bed has sunken a little bit. Really a pity. Also, it would be great if more hangers can be provided if a washing machine is nicely provided for doing laundry. oh, also, would be great if there can be a hook or 2 in the bathroom for hanging bath towel or clothing. Overall a very comfortable stay and we are happy to stay again when we are back in Fukuoka.

Room was so clean and well laid out. Didnt feel cramped like in other apartment hotels. Checkin - manager was super helpful and arranged a carparking space out front. They have limited parking spaces so noom in advance. Location was central. Room was beautiful. Approx 32 mtrs sq. Excellent facilities including oven cooktop, microwave and washing machine. They can provide a portable rack to hang clothes on if needed. Lots of natural light gets into the room Hakata station only 20mins walk.

Wife thought beds were a little hard but if you like firm beds, you will love them as they arent as hard as others.

I chose this accommodation after reading the reviews. A lot of guests mentioned friendly staff, and since I was traveling with small children alone, I wanted to feel reassured that I could count on the staff if anything happened. They exceeded my expectations! They have staff available from 10AM and were willing to take our luggage before check-in. They even allowed us into the room because it was already prepared. This was super helpful because I needed to prepare some formula for my son before going back out. I really appreciate them going above and beyond! The room itself was surprisingly even better than I imagined. It's very roomy, and there's even a closet storage space by the entrance, which we didn't need to use, but if you're making this place your base while you travel, it's quite convenient! The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, plates, silverware, kettle, etc. basically all the essentials necessary to make a meal. The location is close to Hakata Station, and you can also walk about 4 minutes to the bus station to explore more of the city center. There's a binder with this information in the room, but there's a Don Quixote and 24 hour supermarket called Sunny Supermarket (if you need formula or diapers, you can find them here) that you can reach quickly by bus. But it's also walkable when the weather is mild. The 7-Eleven and Family Mart convenience stores are also just down the street. And of course, the staff are as friendly as everyone says. For the cost of the accommodation, it's definitely worth staying here. I would definitely come here again the next time I'm visiting Fukuoka.

Everything was great!

Very new and clean. Layout of room is good. Spacious and a handy closet with deep shelving is great. Location is great. 10 mins walk to canal city and yatai stalls. A family mart is just 2 mins away. Quiet neighbours. And good security. Near fire station and very prompt emergency services. Friendly front desk staff too. A lady speaks good English.

Somehow Uber taxis cannot find its location. The fridge is too big and generates alot of noise disturbs our sleep. Would like a clothes rack to hang clothes at balcony.

Loads of room, felt very spacious for sure the biggest place we stayed in in our trip around Japan. Fully equipped kitchen area and a washing machine as well. Kettle microwave etc. although no tea bags or coffee. Very clean, beds very comfortable. Great location - really easy to walk to many of the main sights but in a quiet area. Would stay again, highly recommended

All the staff are very sweet and kind. They give you warm welcome and try to help you in every way you ask for. The size is reasonable for the value. It has washing machine, big enough fridge, microwave, gas stove, and microwave. The amenities are quite decent as well. It has multiple subway stations in walking distance. Easy to move around Fukuoka.

Nothing to complain but if I can think of anything, the best wasn't that great.
