The staff were very professional and helpful. For example, we arrived early and they stored our luggage and when we could check in, the luggage was already in our room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and I always appreciate a bathtub. The AC and wifi worked well. There is a nice "couch" area. My daughter got a children's convenience package with cute bear slippers which she liked.

You cannot see anything through the window - it felt a bit claustrophobic. There is a kettle (great!) but only small glasses and no tea of coffee. But cups seems to be not a Japanese thing. There is no space to unpack anything so not suitable for longer stays.

The hotel was good. Our room has separate shower and toilet which is very convenient. The bedroom also has the sliding door which can prevent the noice outside the hallway. Facility is adequate. It also has a public bath at the second floor. What I really like were they have the status information of 3 washing machines so you can check which one is available or how many minutes in use, also how crowded the public bath at a time. The staff was very helpful. We got lucky that the room available earlier than the checkin time so we can rest after the long train. Location is good, it's super close to the market where you can find lots of food and stuff. Only 5 mins walk to Canal city, 3 mins walk to Donki and 8 mins walk to Naka river. I would recommend this hotel!

For the price the hotel was good value. I had bad experience staying at a manless hotel in Fukuoka so for a similar price to have good service 24 hours was a better option. Staff service was exceptional. I was able to send my suitcase using takyubin and staff took time and care to explain how to explain the form to me. The hotel room was newly furnished and nicely designed (functional and aesthetically pleasing). There was partioning between the bathroom area and the bedroom which is good if someone needed to dry their hair or shower while the other person is sleeping. The hotel has hot spring which is a plus

A lovely hotel with cozy, comfortable rooms. Pretty compact but amazing use of space, as always in Japan, so the room featured everything we needed. An actual bath was a big plus for soaking in some hot water after a long day in the privacy of your own room.

Elevators were super busy during the checkout time, so just keep this in mind, it might take up to 10 minutes to actually just get down. No actual window in the room. Not a big deal if you stay for 1-2 nights but not ideal for longer stays (imo).

Location is very central, very convenient, with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and modern.

Room is a bit small for 2 people with 2 medium size luggage. A bit disappointed that they don't provide shower caps with their amenities offered

There is a kettle in the room but no mug or offer of tea/coffee which seems unusual compared to other hotels we have stayed in in Japan.

Convenient location near Kushida Shrine subway so that you have easy access to Hakata and Tenjin area, canal city is in walkable distance too! Kawabata shopping street is beside the hotel. Love the public bath in second floor, the twin room is bigger in size too where we can open two luggages at the same time.

Staff was very friendly and everyone I spoke to was fluent in English, which was relieving because of my limited Japanese. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good with many options.

The onsen does not allow tattoos, so I would not stay here again because the price is a bit high if you don’t use the onsen. I also wish the rooms had a microwave

This was a great spot for visiting Fukuoka. It has easy access to lots of neighborhoods that could be explored on foot. The room was a decent size and the large bathtub was a nice addition. We missed out on the breakfast but it looked great. The staff were pleasant.

We booked 3 double rooms to accommodate 5 people. Rooms were rather small but very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located next to park and close to many shops. Staff were helpful and breakfast was really nice with lots of variety.
