This hotel is very close to the Gion train station exits (2 and 6 I think). It’s convenient for travel to Hakata, Tenjin, and Fukuoka Airport. You get fresh towels, robes, and slippers, daily, and there’s actually an ice machine and a laundry machine downstairs. It was all very convenient and I would absolutely stay here again.

I had no real issues with this property. I wanted to open the window, but it caused a really loud whistling noise so I didn’t in order not to disturb myself or others. But if that’s the worst thing, you can see why I can recommend this hotel lol.

I really like this hotel because it has an independent air conditioning system. During winter, many hotels with central heating can feel too warm. However, with the independent AC here, I can easily adjust it to cooling or heating as I like. Plus, they provide a humidifier, so even when using the cooling mode in winter, there's no need to worry about dryness. The staff is helpful and nice. There's a washing machine in the lobby—only one, but it works well and has a door lock feature for security.

The hairdryer would be perfect if it had a higher power capacity.

Loved my one-night stay at this property. The room size was just perfect for a solo traveler but could have also accommodated two people. The room was clean and also had all the advertised amenities. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I arrived before check-in time and they stored my luggage for free while I went to explore the city. Hotel location is great, walking distance from Gion Station which is the same line connecting the airport and Hakata Station. I had a great time in Fukuoka, such an underrated city!

This hotel has an excellent location! It’s close to stations, and surrounded by many tourist spots and restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Despite being so central, it’s not located on the main street, so the surroundings are quiet and peaceful—a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The stay was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere after a day of sightseeing.

- Location is perfect in the peaceful neighborhood close to subway Gion station and I could even walk to Hakata station from the hotel (it's not that very far plus the pavement there is really nice to walk on) - Room is very clean and big enough for one person - Staffs were helpful staff and with smile every time I walked pass them - I really like the coffee making and ice making machines on the first floor that you can get drinks and ice for free anytime you like

Location is good, close to two stations and some tourists spots. Nice and quiet. I like the idea of not cleaning the room everyday so that I don't need to leave my hotel room on a daily basis.

The first two days of my stay, there was a smell coming out from the air conditioner. After the cleaning day, that smell was gone. Also, the coffee maker in the lobby did not work the first morning of my stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Hotel's location is good as well because there it's close to many bus stops, train station and interesting local mom and pop shops. I also liked that they have the eco-friendly policy for room making.

The shower curtain smells a little of mildew, but this is probably hard to avoid considering cost of changing the curtains often.

Location is really close to Gion Station and Tochoji Temple. For a single person, the room was really spacious. Enough space to leave my luggage open, and I really liked that the shower had a tub and curtain separate from the rest of the bathroom (more modern unlike other traditional Japanese bathrooms).

Everything was up to par! I was happy.

The desk in the room very large and convenient, and the spacious floor allows for a big suitcase to fully opened. The hotel is located near the subway, bus station, shrine, and shopping street, and you can also walk to Nakasu and Hakata. Even if I return to the hotel late, the staff always kindly says, "Welcome back," which feels very warm for someone traveling alone.

Location is good ,in the middle of nakasu and hakata . Room is large enough for 1 person to stay. Staff are nice and helpful. Other facilities are fare as a Japanese hotel

Corridor is too hot in summer. There was a mosquito in the room at the 2nd night. Cleaning before check in can do better.
