I really like the location and the price if you have a car. I tried the public onsen and sauna on a rainy day, it was great. They have free matcha and hojicha made from hot spring water at the lobby. And a bookshelves of manga books for reading. Parking is readily available around the building. There is a Lawson nearby and a food court beside if you are hungry. The breakfast was a good spread, I enjoyed all 3 days of breakfast to start the day.

Nth actually. There is nothing much around that area, but that's not a concern for us.

An excellent affordable accomodation particularly for those travelling by car. The room is relatively spacious for Japanese rooms. They provide the general amenities, daily night gown changes, free parking and the restaurant downstairs offers reasonably priced dinners. The onsen is perfect to soothe the bodies of any weary travellers.

The small onsen can make it feel a lot crowded at peak times.

I like that we could opt for single-rooms, perfect for individuals who need privacy. Each room is small, but not micro - it's spacious for Japanese standard, and comes equipped with bathroom slippers, room sandals, a fancy desk lamp, and master switchboard (for lights, and some charging ports) right next to the bed. There's also a humidifier and aircon/heater, and the bathrooms come with a bathtub too. There's a restaurant downstairs at the lobby, and a few konbinis (convenient stores) around - the availability of food is okay for me. There's free parking in the vicinity too.

Nothing much. Well, it was raining and foggy during our stay so we didn't get to see the Mt. Fuji view that we had paid for T-T. But it's just our luck with the weather.

This accommodation is much more than my expectation for this price. It locates just next to the SA which means convenient to get on or get off the high way. The facility looks pretty new with enough parking lots. Breakfast is simple but various enough choices and drinks. The lettuce and orange I had were pretty fresh. I stayed single room with my 2 yr old son and it was good enough. The room was tidy with modern hardware. Personally, I would definitely come back for one night stopby and I would like to rate it as 10 points generally. (My last rated 10-point hotel was and only Intercontinental SIngapore ) P.S: Some people complain that there were many people with tattoos on Google Review though. I didn't see if there are any impropriate issues in the first place. I guess why many people with tattoos might be they are truck drivers since the hotel locates just opposite the Service Area?

Well, the only thing I feel needs to be improved was the reception staff service. It would be definitely PERFECT if they could put on more smiles.

Good size rooms. The hotel is quite new so it was comfortable. Easy access to the motorway, two convenience stores around the hotel, and one with a small food court. Good restaurant downstairs, and good food for a good price at around 1000 yen per meal. You need cash to purchase a meal in the vending machine next to the entrance. We had a room with a Mt Fujii view however we didn't get to see it as it was overcast weather.

It was easy for taxi drivers to find and the rooms were very comfortable.

It was a little challenging to order food and drink - essentially it’s like a vending machine and you take the ticket to the chef to cook up. If I didn’t have GoogleTranslate, we wouldn’t have been able to order anything.

There were two queen-size beds in the room. The room was spacious and clean and I was able to open up my luggage. The staff was helpful and there are many parking spots available. Strongly Recommend staying here when you drive around this area.

There is not much to do around after sunset. Staff was not able to communicate fluently in English, but was able to convey messages when typing in words.

Rooms were great, they have an Onsen that was fantastic too. Very friendly staff. In-house restaurant and breakfast was ok.

The location doesn't have great connection to public transport. Great if you are coming by car.

Nice and very practical hotel near the main road is ideal for one or two nights stay. You can also explore mount Fuji surroundings from here. Staff is kind and prepare to help in any situation.
