The hotel sits in a picturesque spot facing Mount Fuji, with our room window directly overlooking the mountain. It would have been a breathtaking view—if only Mount Fuji hadn’t been so shy and hidden behind clouds for our entire stay! 😞 The hotel staff are lovely, the hotel offers great amenities, including complimentary face masks, facial sets, hair set, pajamas and more. Breakfast was also delicious. It’s just a 7-minute walk to the free shuttle bus stop, which can take you to Gotemba Station or the Gotemba Premium Outlet.

The hotel room is quite small, but we’ve gotten used to it—after all, in Japan, everything tends to be compact. We do wish the hotel had provided clearer information on how to get there from the Gotemba train station, as we could have taken advantage of the free shuttle to the nearest stop. Gotemba is a small station, and outside of Fuji season, it feels very quiet, with no information points to ask for directions. The bus operated hourly as the bus is not come that often so We ended up walking more than 25 minutes with heavy bags to reach the hotel, it's not an idea. Without heavy luggage, the walk would have been easier, but using the free shuttle is still the better option, as it’s only a 7-minute walk from the stop to the hotel.

Easy check-in and friendly staff, where drinks are complementary early evenings and an extensive breakfast buffet included in the mornings. Pillow menu at the lobby, an excellent extra service where you can choose a pillow that fits you best. The small double bedroom was good for a night, had all amenities needed. Firm bed and decent light proofing of the window. AC worked fine.

If close access to the train or bus station is important, this hotel is not for you. Quite a walk. But for traveling with car its smooth.

The location is is excellent and all the staff are very accommodating and helpful despite of language barrier they will do there best to communicate with you the breakfast is also good rice and bread are available more choices of drinks not just coffee.. and specially the free bus to Gotemba premium outlet is just a 2min walk.. worth every scent.. will be back next year to this hotel and the most i love to this hotel is the view of mount fuji in my room..

Good view of Mt Fuji. Great location, very close to shopping centers. Breakfast was ok, not much choices but I think what they had would suffice. Complimentary drinks in the evening. Lots of free parking. Toilet/shower are small but I do believe that is the standard in Japan.

I booked 2 rooms and requested the rooms to be closer together. We ended up on different floors, both faraway from the lift.

Good hotel overall. Very friendly staff. Loved the complimentary daily amenities that they offered to guests in the lobby. Pretty central in Gotemba and close to the outlets.

Room was a bit tight as was the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Overall didn't love Gotemba as a base to explore the Fuji region, would choose a different town on a return visit.

We loved the drinks available from 6pm to 9pm, the onsen, the comfortable beds, the breakfast, and laundry facilities. We loved the staff and would love to go back because they are so welcoming and kind! We hope they enjoyed having us as we enjoyed being there!

The beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was served by a group of wonderful elderly ladies, especially welcoming with their morning greetings and food were extremely delicious! You can take extra pillows, night wears and other basic amenities beside the counter at the lobby.

Lovely clean and tidy hotel. Breakfast was good. Nice onsen. Complimentary drinks on the evening were brilliant. The room was a good size. Shops nearby and bus depot has a free bus to shopping outlet. Near to mt Fuji and Fuji raceway museum.

The breakfast has good spread of local and western. I like it very much. I also like the room window facing Mt Fuji where every morning get to look at the beautiful and relaxing view.

The hotel has parking lots. Located next to a supermarket and other shops. Very friendly service staff. Lots of amenities.
