Aside from the view, the service left a lasting impression for us. Check-in was smooth. We didn't even have to leave the car and were guided straight into our designated parking lot and escorted to our dome. The staff was very detailed in explaining all the check-in and out procedures as well as dining info and the facilities. We opted for the package that includes the BBQ dinner. Everything was provided for, including breakfast. The food tasted great and wasn't repetitive. The attention to detail was impeccable, and we had a very enjoyable 2 nights. The facilities were very modern and provided almost everything that you needed from bluetooth speakers to a portable projector for your movies.

If you're driving, you might miss the entrance due to the lack of signages. Just look for the building with a blue roof and head down the ramp to the camping grounds.

THAT WE DID NOT STAY LONGER! Beautiful cute glamping site. BUT.. The view of Fuji at 2 angles, however, were blocked by trees or a power line within the compound (if not it'd be perfect) A car to drive in is best, as even taking a public bus would be a hassle for those taking the trains in. Projector inside our tent didn't seem useful 90% as we couldn't see much with the odd shape inside the tent at night (maybe they could install a roll down projector screen?) Two of the items, a USB lamp and another dehumidifier light/lamp weren't working but those are small issues. Not a bad thing, but the bathroom/toilet are separated for each glamping tent, again it's unique and fun, just for info only.

The glamping was very nice, our cabin was spacious and warm. The beds were a bit hard, but comfortable. We actually were surprised how comfortable a glamping can be considering it is basically just camping where you do not have to expect much comfort. We ordered 2 sets of firewood and 4 hot lemonades and our evening was just wonderful. Though in the evening Fuji was hidden by clouds due to the weather, in the morning it improved and the view was spectacular! We had both dinner and breakfast and it was just enough for two hungry people, we were a bit clumsy cooking all that good meat but in the end it was delicious!

Really great glamping experience, however as it was raining the first 2 days, so it was kind of wasted, but it was sunny on our third day and wow the fuji was smack right infront of us

Communication could have been better and also timing of when the receptionist is opened should be more flexible. Wanted to check out at 7am and was told that the receptionist only open at 9am. And after 30mins of speaking with the staff at beverage station, we went over to the receptionist area and lucky there were a staff on duty.

An unique experience for the children in terms of accomodation and facilities. The children enjoyed the jacuzzi and the "firework".

Not suitable for people who are not good in bbqing your own food. If you do not drive, your meal option is limited to the on-site restuarant's menu. However, for 1 night stay, we really appreciated the hospitality extended by the staff to make sure our dinner are settled.

Excellent glamping experience with an unmatched view of mount fuji. We really enjoyed the self-cooking experience and the food quality was exceptional. The rooms were well heated and comfortable. Staff was lovely

The location is far from a lot of the good sights. The only thing close by is a shopping outlet. Therefore you need to drive a lot and having a car is a must.

Genuinely the best place I’ve ever stayed, the view of mt Fuji was incredible. Being able to see me fuji from bed. The food from the bbq was varied, high quality and a good amount. Breakfast was also delicious. The hot baths were great and the staff were very helpful and explained everything via google translate.

the place are clean. Provided a modern property for camping. The staff are nice, also have a staff can speak chinese. Which help a lot.

The toilet and the camp still need to go outside a bit, so that when it rains, it may cost some people some inconvenience.

The view. The room unit arrangement is perfect. Really hi-end camping experience. The unit is very bis. Complete with latest appiances. The best point is the Mt Fuji view. Perfect. The environment is so quite and unforgettable memories for me.

If they can provide some halal facilities, it will be amazing. I cant use the bbq equipment and cant order a halal meat for BBQ. -NIL-

location is very close to gotemba premium outlets, view is super nice and room are clean & neat, everything is well prepared in the room and you got what you need; breakfast & dinner is very good!
