After a day exploring Hakone, we arrived to a warm welcome at reception. Were were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary dinner, which was simple but a nice touch. The public bath, though small, added to the relaxing experience. In the morning, we woke up to a view of Mt. Fuji, which gave us a refreshing boost for our journey to Kawaguchiko.

The location is not easily accessible if you don't have a car. We booked the hotel knowing this, but you might need to consider calling a taxi if you're carrying heavy luggage.

The quality of service and amenities at this hotel were excellent, making the cost entirely justified. It offered great value for the price paid, exceeding my expectations. The location was perfect. It provided stunning views of Mount Fuji and the Hakone area, and it was also conveniently close to the Gotemba Outlet. The outlet was within walking distance (around 2 km) or a short taxi ride (approximately JPY 1100). The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. A special shout-out to Andreas, a staff member from Indonesia, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Gotemba Outlet area, especially Indonesian travelers. The amenities were fantastic and readily available for guest use. They even thoughtfully provided individual packets of face wash, emulsion, and lotion, which I found particularly helpful as a traveler.

Room with Fuji view, everything clean. Many amenities downstairs, free coffee/tea/water and even dinner if you are okay with suggested meal. Also, hot bathtub for free.

Locations is in the middle of highway junctions, so it is not very suitable for travelers without a car or you need to take the taxi from the station. Walking is also possible when there is no heat. No shops or proper places to eat in near vicinity.

We were greeted by a friendly staff person upon arrival in the lobby. Check in was very efficient. Public space was clean. Room was very small but that said, it was clean, strong shower, cold AC, good bed.

I expected a small room but it was even smaller that expected. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever experienced. The layout was very efficient but cramped.

The location and price and the public bath was very clean. they also had laundry and 24-hour coffee self-service. The breakfast was solid. If it was not raining, we would had a great mount Fuji view.

The staff are very nice, but need to practice their English. Some communications cannot rely on a memorized script.

Convenient location not far from Gotemba Premium Outlets. Spacious parking. View of Fujisan from the window early morning. The check-in staff offered a choice between a bottle of water, tea, or a can of beer. Kare-raisu was also available for free in the evening.

How could we regulate the room temperature?

Even though the rooms are small, they are well laid out and comfortable. Location is good with many good local eateries that serve excellent food. It is also walking distance to Gotemba Premium Outlet.

On one occasion, we got carried away with our chatter, and one of the reception staff was rude when he told us to keep our volume down. His approach could have been better.

The Celecton hotel was a great hotel, great view of Mt Fuji. Staff were very lovely and friends. Rooms were very clean and tidy always gave you new towels each day. Shopping outlet very close and best I have been too. Beds were comfy, showers were great. Loved it here

The breakfast was delicious. The staff and Front Desk were very helpful. They Went out their way to call For order Food for dinner for us because We arrived late in the hotel. The View of Mt. Fuji from our room was Magnificent. This is our 2nd time of stay and Will definitely come back. Also, It’s near to Gotemba Premium outlet. Just 1.3km.

There were no signs to show me how to get there. I spent half an hour to understand how to get in. (With using google maps) The counter couldn’t perform sending luggage service like I did at other hotels
