This is an amazing hotel. Our room had an open-air jacuzzi on the balcony (with fun light and jet options) with an amazing view of Mount Fuji. The room was extremely spacious with all the amenities we needed and more. Very friendly staff. Would stay again purely because of the jacuzzi en the view.

The restaurant was closed when we were there, and since the location is kind of remote you really need a car to get around. We didn’t, and everything was either a very long walk or we had to take a taxi. There is not much to do in the area, from where the hotel is located you’re not very mobile if you don't have a car.

The hotel was clean, though the rooms were dated. The beds were big and rooms were spacious. It had everything - a microwave, water cooler, jacuzzi, good parking. The Tiger Pancake place round the corner was delicious and we breakfasted there as didn't fancy the hotel breakfast due to the smokey smell. Decent location if you have a car. Recommend driving to Lake Yamanaka. Appreciated the free laundry (online one dryer worked, so this took ages and other people were waiting, so not ideal to do large quantities).

The hotel had a lingering smell of smoke and was dated with glitzy accessories (diamond encrusted shelves) which were a bit strange. Our room had a strange colour light show in the bathroom and bedroom.

Highly recommend booking the room with the private outdoor bath facing Fuji if you’re able to!! It really made this trip really special for my partner’s birthday 🥰 we both have tattoos, so it’s difficult to find onsen we can visit together, and it was much better value to have access to it whenever we liked, rather than renting an expensive private bath at an onsen for an hour, and it would be very hard to beat the view from the hotel! Even from bed we could see Fuji when we wake up and look outside 🥰 would definitely stay here again!

No complaints about the property at all! 🥰 I would just recommend to guests to rent a car whilst you’re visiting, so you’re not dependent on the bus and taxis because the buses stop quite early around 5-7pm depending which one, and taxi apps won’t work in most places out there, so the hotel will need to call one and you won’t have an idea how much your trip will cost til it’s done, and it’s over $100 AUD to get a taxi to Fuji Q highland if you miss the bus. But you can definitely make it work without a car, but it would just give you a lot more freedom to get around and make the most of all the great places to visit in the area!

Easy to find and only a quick walk to a 7 Eleven. Offered free laundry facilities which was great as we were nearing the end of our clean clothes. Good parking options. Near Mt Fuji although our room was at the back which only faced a drainage ditch and forest as a view. Staff were helpful at checking in. Very clean.

The room set up was odd as lots of angles and the tv angle to the bed/sofa was off which just confused me. The tea/coffee facilities were at one end of the room but the only plug for the kettle was at the other. Again just seemed odd.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. The bath on the balcony was amazing, and this was by far the largest hotel room out of 6 different ones we stayed in. Comfortable room, unfortunately couldn't link to the TV as it was AirPlay only, but it's possible that the TV's vary from room to room as on my YouTube app it was showing TVs available in different rooms. Can confidently say I would stay here again. No fault of the hotel, but I would recommend staying here only if you are travelling by car, due to the proximity from restaurants etc.

Due to the bathroom not having windows, even with the fan running it smelt a little bit musty, but not a big deal. Also, in room tea/coffee facilities did not have milk or sugar, however I've noticed this is common across Japan, and I'm sure we could have got some had we asked at the counter :)

The hotel looked pretty old from the outside but inside, the room was beatiful, very spacious, comfort and full of facilities including fancy bath tub with a wall TV, pajamas, hair dryer, and curling iron, this was so impressive, which I have never seen in any hotel before!

The staff could not communicate in English well causing some inconvenience. At the time of check in, there was some confusion from the staff (which I did not know what) with my reservation so it took quite a while. However, I realized they tried their best to help and I appreciated it. I think every room was supposed to see a panoramic view of Fuji. However, it was just unfortunate, there were some trees near my room's window so I could not see Fuji well. (But for my friend's room, the view of Fuji was excellent)

The staff were extremely polite and provided excellent service. We were even upgraded on the 2nd day to the same room without extra charge, which was a lovely surprise. Booked the superior double room. Room is extremely huge with king bed, sofa + coffee table, separate toilet and a huge bathtub/shower area. Comes with smart TV that includes Netflix/youtube. There’s also free laundry (washing machines and dryers). Location is relatively easy to find with free parking. Pretty safe place. Premium outlet is just 7mins drive away. Design may be a little old but overall, an extremely affordable and huge room that is comfortable to stay.

Our group was able to secure a last-minute reservation here after a mix-up with our original booking. I wish we had gone with this one instead from the start, because then we might've been able to book one of their onsens or activity rooms (pool, karaoke, etc...). The staff was super friendly and professional and spoke great English when needed. They kindly held our luggage for us after we had to lug everything from the other location. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. There were washing machines/dryers available for use. The surrounding neighborhood is small, but with a beautfiul memorial park nearby, a lovely view of Mt. Fuji, and a quaint cafe and quilt museum up the street; like I said, I wish we had just stayed here longer to explore more! The rooms themselves are decorated very lavishly and fully furnished with some extras including a bathtub (with jets), a water cooler, tons of storage, pajamas, a folding table, and a massage chair in some rooms [note: I haven'tstayed in very many hotels so I'm not sure if this is the standard for a hotel like this]. They have smoking and non-smoking room options, if you're into that. Overall, wonderful stay in a quiet part of town.
