The room has a perfect view of Mt. Fuji. Upon check-in, we were offered a welcome drink. The room uses a key code system, which is very convenient since you don’t need to carry a key card or physical key when going out. There’s a laundromat area, and the dryer is free of charge. Vending machines are also available. Our favorite feature is the onsen, male and female guests take turns using it. The breakfast selection is generous, and everything is delicious. Overall, the facilities are excellent. The staff are very friendly and speak English well.

It is quite far from the station and Gotemba Premium Outlets. The best option is to walk to Tomei Gotemba, where you can take the free shuttle bus to Gotemba Station or Gotemba Outlets.

The convenience shop was within walking distance, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I was looking for a place to buy a wheelchair, but it seemed that the area wasn’t convenient for finding one. The staff kindly suggested ordering it online and even offered to help collect the goods on my behalf. Their assistance truly made a difference

the room a bit too small for 2 person

1. Convenient location to Gotemba premium outlet. 2. Cheap laundry machine (¥300) with free usage of dryer. 3. Nice onsen and free additional pillows. 4. Super helpful front desk staff. 5. Mt Fuji view.

1. Very small room which cannot have more than 1 big luggage if you want to move comfortably within the room. 2. No free bottled water. 3. Limited breakfast but decent and tasty.

The breakfast is good and the room is clean. A lady staff had been very helpful in advising how my daughter and I could get to Shinjuku by the highway bus. I forgot to get her name but she could communicate in mandarin.

The location is a bit far from the train station.

The service was exceptional. The hostess called a cab for me and my friends to Fuji and let us leave our luggage after checking out. Staff was kind, they spoke English, even though I tried talking to them in Japanese.

Nothing really

Location was quite good, views if you get a Mt Fuji view were terrific. Breakfast wasn't to my liking but appeared ample. Hot Bath's were lovely. Staff were very helpful.

Room is exceptionally small, not really room to put our 2 small/medium bags and while clean and effective the bathroom was a pre fab module that you have to step 1/2 metre to get into and out of

Maintaining Cleanliness. Breakfast were delicious.

No hot water when the drink bar is open at night.

The location was great. Also, the extra pillows you can choose from and free drinks were such a good treat. :)

Beautiful view of mt. Fuji. Staff were excellent and friendly.

Onsen was soo awesome.
