Location (view): If you get a fuji-facing room from like the 5th floor up it's GORGEOUS. You can sometimes see the lights from the huts which makes the view that extra bit surreal. Rooms: They were tidy and compact with eco-efficient settings to ensure you are comfortable but not chewing up natural resources. Service: The onsen and common area were great, the smoking room was a little smaller compared to others but they have one at least for vaping. If you don't want your room cleaned daily which I was more than happy to switch up because a night on Mount Fuji wouldn't need room cleaning the next day. You can swap your cleaning for drink tokens which work with the in-house vending machine for alcohol or soft drinks. Hotel breakfast was delicious and free which worked really well.

Location was a little away from anything, beds were pretty firm and the pillows were rocks.

Very clean and comfortable room with all the usual amenities provided and a good heating/aircon system. There is a onsen/public bath available on the ground floor and also a self serve coffee machine. Very good buffet breakfast provided with mostly Japanese but also some Western style options, with a choice of what time you would like to eat. Right next to several restaurants and fast food outlets.

There is a car park provided and I would recommend driving as the hotel is about a half an hour walk from the train station with no public transport options. Alternatively you could take a taxi from the train station which is under 1000 yen. There are only pay per view options to watch TV or movies (unless I couldn't figure out how to access public TV channels).

Staff were so polite. I suggest to book with breakfast because it’s totally worth it.

There’s no lotion provided . Normally it’s included on toiletries supply, and no courtesy water inside the room .

A decent breakfast, ample parking, easy access from the highway, shops nearby, friendly staffs, extremely clean and tidy rooms. I mean, what more can you ask for a hotel in Japan at this price?

Just that the room is a bit too small

It was clean, the beds were nice and the shower great. There are hot baths available. The breakfast is excellent with both Asian and Continental Brekafast items. I loved staying there and definitely recommend it!
