It was quiet and clean and the shuttle bus stop for Happo-one gondola was right next to the house. There was hot water and the blankets were very warm. The staff is very nice. Our room had a small private bathroom, but the rest had shared toilets and showers.

The a/c took a while to warm up the room. At times it felt rather cold in the room. It was difficult to get to the accommodation. I wish the host had told us about the shuttle buses. Instead we waited for a taxi that never arrived.

Very nice owners. They accommodated my request of vegetarian food eventho it was last min. The house is simple & old but cosy. Our room had a view of the mountains. Simply breathtaking. My 1 yo son was in love with grandpa’s snow tractor.

Wish there were more heaters in the room. I got a bit too cold in the -2 deg celsius weather. Only 2 paper cups were provided in the room. Need to reuse/buy your own cups to make hot drinks.

Great hosts. Very kind and caring. Treats you like a family. The dinner on both days was great. They made us feel like we are part of their family. Last day when the taxi got delayed, the couple dropped us in bus terminal in their cars taking all the effort. If we go back to Hakuba, we are staying in this place again.

Best location to Iwatake Ski/Snowboard ⛷️ just 5 minutes from shuttle bus (in front of the door). you can see bright stars by walking 3-5 mins in urban areas!!! 🌟 3. Breakfast, Dinner all excellent traditional Japanese style food. 🍱🍤🍵🍦 I will miss this hotel and the hosts very much. 😭 I have been travelling to Japan for over 10 times, but this is the first time I feel very comfortable to chat and live. My girlfriend forgot to give the key back, but we were able to pass it via Hakuba Station Lost & Found (Please note if you are also like us) 🤦‍♂️ 4. The room is bigger than my expectation, can open up 2 big luggage bags inside the room. Thank you for serving us in 3 days, we will surely come back in the future. 😁

If there is coin washer/dryer that will be great, cause Ice Skating is a sweating sport at all. We are afraid of running out of clothes 😂

Hosts were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Shuttle bus to Iwatake and Happo right next to hotel. Calm and peaceful environment.

Room is wide and clean. Futon is very comfy. 2 windows with good view. Owners are very nice and helpful.

No elevator, need to carry suitcase upstair ourselves. No microwave. Only 1 heater in room, area that heater isn't cover is quite cold.

Breakfast was excellent. The duvets were so cozy.

9.5/10. would be a 10 if there is a proper ski locker. the staff are wonderful people and my family has a great time there!
