The seasons apartments are beautifully appointed with fantastic views from every window. They are in walking distance of evergreen ski school, and two of the lifts, and very close to the free shuttle bus stop. They provide a daily shuttle to the supermarket, and the Lawson’s convenience store is a 20 min walk away. They also provide drop offs to restaurants in the evening, although you need to find your own way back. Darren, Grant and the team were all very helpful, we highly recommend!

Once you understand where you are and how to get around without a vehicle the location was good, close to lifts and ski school for those needing that. The appartments were well equipped. There was a shuttle provided for shopping and dinner at certain times which is helpful. Darren and his team was amazing helping out booking dinners etc and especially when my daughter hurt herself, picking us up from the mountain and taking us to the medical centre.

The location is a bit out of the way. Not a lot of food options and the convenience stores a bit far away to walk. The rooms are very small and we struggled to find places for our suit cases and there wasn’t storage to unpack from them. There was a small rack for jackets etc to dry, but with four people there wasn’t enough hanging space. I larger coat rack and a few hanging places would be beneficial.

Apartment is spotless clean with fresh clean towels. Good location that is close to amenities. Owners also ensure no outdoor shoes in the apartment to ensure cleanliness.

Abit hard to find the place when you first arrive. There was also no prior communication on how to get to your room and there was no one at the reception when we arrived. A kind guest helped us call the property manager. Not a bit deal but there was no hand towels. Having hand towel in the toilet will be very helpful.

The location was great. Close to many great places to eat. It was close to the ski shuttle bus pick up/dropoff stop, and Happo One (Kokusai) lift. The apartment was lovely. It had everything you could need for a stay. The heating was amazing. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off and a daily grocery shop was a wonderful added bonus. Our family of 5 found this apartment a great stay.

The team were incredibly helpful at The Seasons, Grant and Darren always went above and beyond to help us out. We were a group of families all with two kids each and nothing was ever as hassle for them. The apartments were very spacious for Japan standards and were extremely clean and user friendly. The location was within walking distance to Evergreen Ski school and plenty of great restaurants

Fantastic apartment. Fully equipped, modern, clean, very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Not ski in ski out is the only downside, but transfers to and from apartment on arrival and departure, and supermarket runs daily are very handy. We would love to return in the future.

Really great apartment in a beautiful location (snowy woodland). Staff were awesome. Willing to help out with anything including fetching jumper leads to charge our car battery when it went flat. Also cleaning snow off the car roof - says a lot ! We would return without hesitation.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and ideally located, providing all the essentials for our week-long ski holiday. We would definitely return!

From the moment we arrived at the bus terminal in Hakuba, we were met by Grant who took us to pick up our hire car. Darren and his staff were friendly and helpful at all times, organising restaurant bookings and offering a ride to dinner if needed. We had a two-bedroom apartment for our family of four and it was well-equipped, clean and spacious. The location is peaceful and within walking distance from Happo One. The bath came in handy after a long day skiing :) The drying room downstairs was much appreciated too!

Great location and price given the end of the season. Pickup and drop off options available. The supermarket run was great!

The floor heating could get a little too hot despite on the lowest setting (only really a spring issue)
