Hotel Review: A Must-Visit Onsen in Japan! I recently had the pleasure of staying at a ryokan in Japan, and I must say it was a truly memorable experience! Onsen: The hotel features an outstanding onsen situated in a serene environment. Both indoor and outdoor baths provide a relaxing atmosphere, with natural mineral water that feels refreshing and is rich in benefits for the skin. Room: The room was impeccably clean and newly furnished. The decor is simple yet contemporary, equipped with all necessary amenities. The bathroom was spacious and designed for comfort, making the stay very enjoyable. Hospitality: The staff here are incredibly attentive and friendly. They provided detailed explanations about the onsen facilities and other services available, along with excellent recommendations for nearby attractions. Their warm welcome made me feel right at home. Overall, my experience at this hotel was unforgettable, thanks to its excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and the soothing onsen experience. I highly recommend visiting this place for a delightful stay!

We were disappointed with the service at the restaurant. We politely requested our snacks be warmed, a simple request, but were unfortunately refused. This detracted from our overall experience.

Everything is so luxurious but feels so good and warm. People are so nice and warm welcome. Dinner and breakfast are sophisticated and delicious. The food was nice and fresh. There was a private room for both meals. Breakfast with a mountain view was spectacular.

Communication was a little obstacle but we can solve the problem by using technology, such as Google Translate.

This is my best accommodation experience in Japan over the years. They made every effort to ensure that guests understood the hotel's details and services, even though not all of the staff spoke foreign languages fluently. Comfortable rooms, breathtaking views, and a personal hot spring are highlights. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meals. A dedicated private room was available during dinner. Visit again for sure.

One of the best hotels I have visited so far. The room is clean with superb view. They also provide some free drinks and snacks which well represent the culture nearby (eg. Yamecha tea bags, plum juice, plum cakes made by hotel with a shop nearby). The food prepared by the hotel is also great and can spare time to visit the plum wine factory of the hotel.

Very good details of attention, good is great, room is great, facility and branding is very nice.

Fitness room was under construction, otherwise it would be very great. Outdoor Public onsen is a bit dark in the evening, suggest to add more lights

Excellent facilities . Well designed , rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very clean as well . Onsen has massage chairs and sauna . Open air onsen facing mountains . What a sight!

the staff who worked at the reception and who assisted us with check-in were great. The room, the view and amenities were amazing. The interior and facilities of the hotel were in excellent condition and the hotel was very quiet and we were able to enjoy almost everything.

the female staff who worked at the wine bar was not friendly and a bit rude

Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Food are great except portion is small portion. Think can improve with little more. I have the facing toward the mountain and it was so NICE! Hope to go there again

Hope to have 1 or 2 staff that can speak and understand English.. that will be great.. but this does not affect my stay..nothing else

Unfortunately it wasn't possible to use the hot tub outside on the terrace as it was full of mosquitos. At least it would be nice to be informed of this situation before booking, as we only booked this room for the hot tub...
