It was super close to Kamakura station and very easy to find! Close to both food and convenience stores. The hotel looks and the atmosphere was more "high end" than I imagined and the staff was very kind. The room looked exactly like in the pictures and were super fresh! You get a free small night meal you can grab from the reception (miso soup and a rice ball each) for each night you stay. We also got a complementary skincare kit for each night. We were four women and this was highly appreciated, overall it was a perfect place for our family. There was also 24/7 access to a coffee machine in the lobby which we used for tea and coffee everyday.

It is a bit of a distance if you want to walk to either the beach or certain temples and sightseeing locations, but there are also buses one can take. As we prefer walking this was no problem, but to some it might affect the location choice. Their public baths do not allow tattoos (but the room does come with its own bathtub). We asked and they said you can bathe in the public bathhouse if you cover it up but it was a very Japanese "yes, but" so I would suggest not doing it out of respect for the other guests and follow the hotels wishes.

I went during Summer 2025. Booked this one cos it's conveniently located. Loved the location. Rooms were surprisingly big (bigger than the ones in Osaka or Tokyo). Hotel has an onsen facility, which I didn't use because I dislike onsens during Summer. Staff were friendly. Oh I forgot my booking came with breakfast. breakfast was delicious - you can choose Jap-style or Western-style. Jap-style was more filling. Easy to get to various places like Hasedera Temple or Enoshima.

They could do more in the area of skincare. I think they provided one set/pack only when I stayed for 3D2N.

An excellent, high-end hotel in the heart of Kamakura, close to the train station and all attractions. Plenty of shops and restaurants/bars around. The room was spacious (had bunk beds) and simple, yet functional, plus very clean. A nice big modern bathroom and a separate restroom. All amenities in the room. You can buy breakfast in a restaurant downstairs, there are Japanese and Western-style options (both good). The staff is super competent and helpful, no problem with communication in English.

The price was very high, probably due to the holiday weekend. Probably better (more eocnomical) to stay over less popular periods.

lovely location komachi street was a stone throw away. easily change to enoden or the JR lines. lovely touch that the hotel provided miso soup supper with a simple onigiri. staff was polite and hospitable. would recommend this hotel to a friend.

we had a premier room 2 beds and 2 futon. there weren't much place to walk about or even to open the luggage bags if we were to follow the furniture arrangement of the hotel .so we had to rearrange the furniture so that we could have space to access our luggage. the check in time was a little late at 3pm. we would have liked it better if we could checked in a little earlier so that qe could rest after our long flight to Japan.

The room was very spacious and relaxing. The hotel has a villa-style concept and is conveniently located close to the railway station, within walking distance of a supermarket. There’s an onsen on-site, and in the evenings they offer free snacks such as onigiri and miso soup, which were delicious. We felt very happy and relaxed during our stay and will definitely come back again next time.

I only stayed one night here but I wished i had stayed longer. The place is beautiful, the room is spacious and clean with nice amenities. I enjoyed the public bath and loved the clothing provided to move around the hotel. We received supper vouchers for a free grilled onigiri and clam miso soup, such a wonderful treat. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and on a lovely shopping street, so accessible. The receptionists are so polite and kind. The whole experience has been wonderful from start to end.

Nothing. The hotel is a bit pricier than all the other ones I booked in Tokyo, but it is worth the money considering all the benefits and experiences you get from it.

The location is a short walk from the station and the hot bath is good. There is a pillow selection and free coffee machine in the foyer. Also a laundry. The supplied pyjamas and toiletries are good.

Although booking here for the third time the room was smaller and not as well laid out as our previous two visits. The bed was just about wall to wall. We paid extra per night for a room change where the beds could be separated to enable you to walk between them.

Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance from the main train station. Close to great restaurants and local train lines to the major sights. The hotel breakfast was nice and the on site sento was great to have after a long day of travel and sight-seeing. I would recommend staying here.

The room was way too small for them to include a little table and two chairs. It blocked access to the fridge and the path to the other side of the bed. I recommend that they remove these entirely.

The breakfast is fantastic! It’s authentically Japanese and accommodates vegetarians well.

The public bath area is quite small, unfortunately. Some foreign guests don’t seem to follow the onsen rules, even the basic ones like keeping quiet and prohibiting entry for those with tattoos. I noticed two Korean and two Thai guests talking a lot in the bath, and one of the Koreans even had a tattoo. I think the hotel could do more to remind customers about onsen manners.

The location, design, and the Spanish-speaking staff were absolutely wonderful!

There is a large group of staff at the front desk, but their assistance can sometimes be limited, and they were occasionally rude in how they spoke to other guests. Although we speak Japanese, it seemed that those who did not may have experienced different treatment. The restaurant space is available for rent at 500 yen per person, but it closes at 7 pm, which significantly limits its usefulness.
