It’s a great location, situated just up from from the markets, close to the castle & other places of interest. The hotel is clean and the room was functional and comfortable. There’s a washing machine on the level we were on so we could do some washing which was a bonus. The staff were lovely and the hotel offered a range of essentials like toothbrushes and toothpaste which was a nice touch. Also we have a toddler so she slept in our bed and it was fine. I think we were worried before the trip that the bed wouldn’t be big enough but we all fit and the bed was comfy. We would stay here again.

The hotel is located near Omicho Market, and it is a close walk to Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen. The room was relatively spacious. The amenities are what you would expect from a standard hotel. You can pick up the ones that you need from self-serve shelves on the first floor, so it reduces the waste (which I liked). Bonus point for a shaving creme.

It has only 2 washing machines, so we had to wait in line to do the laundry until after the midnight. The blanket sheets were loosely fixed, so you could see the blankets themselves. And these blankets were quite dirty, but I usually cannot see them in other hotels, so I cannot really compare to other places.

Well located hotel with great amenities. Room, although small as is typical for Japan, was very comfortable & provided everything you might need, including slippers, pyjamas, kettle, cups, etc. Foyer was beautifully decorated & free coffee machine was available with gold dust (à local product) to sprinkle on your coffee! Hotel is well located: à straightforward 15 minute walk from Kanazawa station & just 5 minutes from the Omichi markets where you can eat very fresh seafood. Also walking distance to the Samurai quarter.

A little more space to place suitcases in the room would have been good, to have more room to move around.

This was my favourite hotel I stayed at in Japan. The staff were so lovely, kind, helpful and spoke English. The amenities were fantastic. Downstairs there was a free espresso machine with gold leaf you could shake on top. The rooms were a great size for a single room, light and bright with big bathrooms and enough space to open a suitcase. On level 6 there was a room with amenities you could borrow such as curling wands, face steamers and neck massagers. Downstairs they had free bath salts that I used multiple times a day to soak my tired feet. There were cute pyjamas provided, lovely music playing in the foyer and there’s a restaurant downstairs that we didn’t get to but other guests had mentioned it was good. If you’re coming from the JR station, most busses will go to the market which is the closest stop to the hotel and is just one stop away from the station.

Great base to explore the neighbourhood. Bus stops are very close to the hotel but if the weather is nice just walk. The room was a good size for 3.5 people and there were free toiletries. The whole place felt luxurious, unbelievable at that price. Staff were attentive and helpful. They sell the one day loop bus pass at the hotel counter. There is a convenience store on the corner. The Hippo bakery just around the corner has delicious bread for breakfast or snacks.

The weather was rain/hale/snow while we were there. There is an Mza just around the corner with the massive kids indoor play area in there. We discovered it at last on the last morning and it would have been useful to know that earlier!

Everything is Excellent!! My family and I really like this hotel, even there is no onsen but they provided the amenities including onsen powder for guest to pick up and soak in the bath tub, we felt relax so much. The bed and pillows were firm. There were an Ice making machine, a coffee machine. Its location closes to Ohmi-chou Fish Market. So we walked easily and had some fresh seafood for breakfast in reasonable price there. The staffs were very gentle, humble and had service mind. Our rooms were big enough for 2-3 persons, not small rooms. The Paid parking lot is M'za sky parking (Tel 076-260-2093, you can put this tel no. into gps), not far from hotel. We paid for parking fee in hotel rate about 1,100 yen. We could temporarily stop by for loading our lugguages in front of the hotel, after that just drove to park a car at M'za parking.

Possibly our favourite stay of our holiday. Defintely best bed and pillows. Great location. So close to the fish markets over the road where I had tuna sushi to dream of! The room was just big enough for two. We could just nip down to the lobby and get good coffee from the machine anytime. Great value as well.

The car park is a bit of a walk...especially in the rain with a South American partner who takes hair very seriously. :)

Well-designed room, very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean place, walkable to all main attractions. The room had 2 beds and 2 tatami futon beds so it slept 4 comfortably (2 adults, 13 and 10 year olds), although there was very little room for suitcases. The bathroom was a nice size, with typical separation of toilet room, sink room, shower room. Our daughter loved the free skincare packet.

It was tight for 4 people (very little room for suitcases) but well designed room with everything needed.

The room had a nice size considering how small rooms are in Japan. Enough space to put out stuff in the room. Good size washroom and bedroom. Comfortable beds and nice atmosphere. Very nice lobby and staff. Location pretty good. Very close to the Omicho market and the castle, as well as the train station. Only 15-20 min walk, easy walk. We would repeat this hotel if we come back to Kanazawa

We stayed at this hotel for 2 night and it was the best price/quality offer during our 2 weeks travel in Japan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is well situated: 2 min by foot from Omicho market, 10 min from Kanazawa Castle Park, 15 min from Higashi Chaya District, 12 min from Nagamachi (samurai) district. Definitely this hotel deserves the highest recommendation.
