Since this is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, I don’t have many new impressions. It was convenient for me to get to the places I wanted to visit. Everything in the hotel was as I remembered. The area is familiar, close to shops and walking areas. You can eat in any price range nearby. The very center of the city is easily accessible by tram, which is what I usually did, or by bus, which I am well aware of, but do not use. :)

Everything was fine. Except... the laundry didn't work at the hotel, but... the new 24-hour laundry is very close to the hotel. There are powerful washing machines and dryers there.

This hotel is consistently good. There are floors for smokers and non-smokers. I choose a smoking room not because I smoke, but because I can easily light incense there. This year many new restaurants have opened nearby. There is a large food store within walking distance and a convenience store right across the street. Modern laundry is close to the food store. So, the hotel and area around are very convenient.

It’s probably strange to suggest that a Japanese hotel should also have a European breakfast. :) Maybe the laundry room could be better equipped... not everything is clear with the use of equipment in the lobby. But in general, anything can be asked, and fast and powerful (and inexpensive) laundry is just around the corner. :)

Laundry is outside the hotel, and only 1 machine. We ended not doing laundry at all since there was a line

Beautiful location outside the busy part of the city. Clean, restaurant on the 2nd floor, friendly staff,..would definitely come back next time

Since I'd somehow ended up in a smoking room, the staff were lovely and willing to accommodate me, but unfortunately, the hotel itself is older, and some things never come out of the walls. If you're smoke sensitive, be aware that there may be no rooms that won't cause an issue.
