I stayed in December 2024 and really liked it, so I came back and stayed longer this time. Basically the same impression---the facility was well equipped and they offered additional service/amenities which was very helpful for travelers. Though the room was compact, it was designed well; quiet and comfortable. I liked the wide working desk area very much. I've been traveling for quite some time, but the pillow and the bed, also a shower in a bathroom was the best of all so far. And they really clean the room well---felt so nice to come back after the long days of taking care of businesses.

Nothing really---the breakfast was not included this time and I could not purchase them either, but there was a convenient store right at the entrance of the hotel so it was not much of issue.

We drove from Fukuoka airport to a factory outlet in Kumamoto, then drove to Hotel Wing. A fairly doable distance of 1.5 hours? Hotel Wing had a good location, paid parking was just opposite- a 2 min walk. We were an entourage of 7, including a wheelchair user elderly in tow. Found a perfect spot to alight and pick up near a side street linked to hotel's rear entrance. So important if you have to unload 7 luggages and not worry about where to stop your car illegally , keeping in mind Japan's strict driving rules. Breakfast boasted a good variety of Japanese fare. It was thoroughly delicious and satisfying such that one can skip lunch. Breakfast staff was efficient,warm and friendly. Bed was comfy, toilet a bit small but with well thought amenities synonymous with Japanese' eye for detail.

The onsen provided many quality amenities although it was a tad small for more than 3 people to soak in at a time. There was a max of 4 shower units but there's a sauna too.

Compact room but it was well arranged and quite comfortable. Clean, quiet, nice interior (wide desk area was a definitely a plus!), the bed and pillows were nice and comfortable. The bathroom had a bath tub and nice amenities, breakfast offered a variety of selection and it was delicious. There was a laundry room, too. It is situated at a central area of the city and I had an easy access to everywhere I needed to go. Basically the place provided all the necessity with good quality and I was able to enjoy my stay stress free.

Couldn't find any. Definitely I will come back.

I have booked my stay in this hotel for reasonable price so I really liked that this hotel has exceeded my expectations. Hotel rooms were kinda small but if you are booking for a tidy place for sleep and all day sightseeing i can highly recommend it. Rooms were very clean and there were all useful amenities! In the hotel there was a launch machines which automatically dispense the detergent so no need to worry about anything. Breakfast was OK with free to-go coffee which I really loved! This hotel has some contract with Multi-storey parking on the same street - you can enter it even before check -in and when you plan to drive away just go to hotel's front desk, give them your parking ticket and pay 1200 jpy for overnight stay. Please if you only need to buy some groceries just go to 7 eleven on the ground floor = the staff here is very kind which I appreciated so much!

I have to say that receptionists were slightly unprofessional in behaviour to kind guest and they can barely speak English. I Would recommend preparing i.e. Paper with instruction to Pauling with many details that quests would not have any doubts what to do and in what sequence!

9th floor room had a view of Kumamoto Castle in the distance. Comfy bed and linens. Lots of bath and hand towels. Strong pressure in shower. Good hair dryer and fridge. Coin washing machine 300 yen takes 30 minutes and dryer 30 min for 100 yen. Staff helpful and friendly. Less than 5 minutes to walk to airport limousine bus stop. Short walk to Kumamoto Castle. Convenience shop at entrance of hotel and covered shopping malls very close..

I really liked the vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly, the lobby was stylish and welcoming, and the different colored themes of each floor made it fun. The room itself was clean and cozy, and just the right size for me(a single traveler). I really loved the decor and layout of the room. Bed and pillow was very comfortable, and the pajamas and slippers provided were some of the best I've had on my trip. Bathroom was standard and very clean. All the readily available free amenities were great too. Location wise, I thought it was awesome; It's very easy to get to if you catch the Tram from Kumamoto Station, and the Tram stop is 1min walk to Hotel. It is also short walk to Kumamoto Castle and other tourist attractions. The 7 eleven downstairs was also super helpful and convenient. I'd stay here again for sure. Great value for money!

We arrived earlier than check in time and were allowed to check-in early (1000 yen/hr - as per their policy). The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. I liked having access to the drink machine in the afternoon. It was wonderful for when you get in after a full day of walking around in the summer heat! Having access to coin laundry machines was also very convenient. I liked the onsen on the top floor. If you get lucky with the time you enter, you can have the whole space to yourself for a little while, until of course other guests use it. Location-wise, it's great! Easy access to the nearest tram station or the bus stop. It's right next to a beautiful, quiet shrine as well.

That’s really an amazing hotel I have ever stay in when visiting Japan. The location is great, 3min walk to the bus or train station, 5min walk to the business street. And the room contains everything I needed and big enough for open my luggage. Also, I like the SPA lounge in floor 12th. It has a nice view for the Kumamoto Castle. The staff are nice as always and I would like to stay here again once I visit Kyushu area.

Absolutely great hotel for the price. It has everything you expect from a business hotel + it has its own sauna and bath. The room was also above average size and absolutely perfect. The only downside is that as of November of 2024 you can no longer use any IC card to get around kumamoto, only their special kumamoto-only card. This is obviously not the fault of the hotel, but since it's a bit far from the station make sure you have the spare change for public transportation.

The hotel is very accessible and close to Kumamoto Castle. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby and I particularly enjoyed the ramen store 5min walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is clean and pleasant, and the bed is very comfortable. We also tried the onsen which was nice and clean.

No problems so far. I just found the dark green interior wallpaper of the room a little dark which makes the room feel a bit smaller.
