Brilliant hotel - I really enjoyed my stay here. Modern and very clean. Was a great room to relax and rest in after a long day - super quiet I couldn’t hear anyone! You can request a dressing gown (aka pyjamas) upon check in. Everything I needed was available (towels, slippers, toiletries including toothbrush and razors). There was also a fridge and kettle. The mattress was really comfortable. The cushions a bit on the firm side but this wasn’t a problem for me. Within walking distance to shops, convenience stores, restaurants, and bus stops (approximately 20 minutes by bus from Kyoto Station - I’d recommend taking a bus from the station and not walk as I thought it was doable - but with a massive rucksack on my back the walk felt like it took way longer than it should have. I should have taken the bus!). There was a large window but covered with a privacy film so you couldn’t see outside - you could partially open the window for some fresh air which was good. Unlimited supply of coffee and ice - there was a coffee machine and ice machine in the lobby. Great to start your day caffeinated!!

There was no bottled water in the room - this would have made the experience a 10 :) Wasn’t a major issue as there were many convenience stores nearby, but would have been good to hydrate upon arrival.

- Close to several bus stops and Omiya train station. - HOT water (appreciated when you have long hair to wash!) - Body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided which was a bonus as it saved us using ours! - Coffee machine in the lobby which is free to use and makes lattes and iced lattes - this saved us on trips to 7-11! - Kettle in the room and a fridge with freezer which was amazing for keeping water cool once bought. - 7/11 opposite (if you know, you know) - AMAZING value for money.

Room: slightly bigger than some we've stayed at in Japan which was a bonus, it was really clean too and the bathroom was nice. Staff: quiet but friendly. Location: great, we could walk everywhere and were close to metro lines. There was a free to use coffee machine in the lobby which was a bonus, and you could use umbrellas in the lobby too.

The pillows were strange - really lumpy and hard on one side. There was no free water or water dispenser.

Spacious and comfy rooms at a very reasonable price. Couple train stations 5 mins walking distance, lots of buses at the nearby bus stops. I extended my stay twice because it was convenient for me and the staff was super helpful with allowing me to stay in the same room despite me using Booking to extend the stay (better discount for me). I was never disturbed by any noise really.

Very nice experience. Lovely staff and comfortable room. It's very convenient to get to the bus station or the subway.

The only thing should know is about the subway station nearby. There is only one entrance with elevator and it is closed after about 23:00. If you have big luggage, you 'd better arrive not too late.

Amazing place for such a low price. The location is good, with shops and public transportation nearby. The staff was very friendly. They held our bags both before and after check-in/out, they have a smoking area, and the room was very comfortable.

Friendly staff, comfortable room and shower. Good location near Omiya bus and Metro station. Quiet neighbourhood with plenty restaurant options and a DIY laundry station nearby.

The hotel is quite nice. It is 5-10 min away from a bus stop which takes you to the city center. You can also go with 20-30 minutes by foot. The hotel provides all the amenities you need, towels, hair fan... There is also a free coffee machine in the lobby which is a nice touch.

Small rooms, but thats how they are in whole Japan :D

Be aware that they charge you $18 USD if you loose your room keycard. Fortunately we found ours, but that was a surprise since they are usually free

Lovely modern hotel at a reasonable price. All the facilities were great. The reception staff were particularly great, always happy to help and even helped us call a restaurant to make a reservation. If in Kyoto again I would definitely stay here. Free coffee was also a bonus!
