The Green Rich Hotel was very nice. The place was really clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was really good and their staff was always so nice and helpful. I never got to use the public bath and the hotel was a little further from Kyoto station than I thought. But the bus stop was right out the door so that was helpful. Overall it was a nice stay for my time in Kyoto.

The sauna is only for men and the public bath for women is only open at certain hours so I didn't go. And was the hotel is a little far from the train station so I had to get a taxi to take me and all my luggage there. But still a nice hotel.

The room we got was really nice and spacious. I loved the layout of the room overall. Of the similar hotel room types we’ve stayed in so far for our trip, this was probably one of the comfiest we’ve been in!

Not too big of an issue but the immediate accommodation tax during the check-in process caught me by surprise. Might be due to the explanation or our misunderstanding of the explanation though (language barrier). Had to re-read booking details to confirm what it was for. The fee wasn’t big at all but would have preferred to have it charged on our initial payment rather than separately so that it’s clear what it was for

There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The room was clean with shower tools provided in the lounge. The spa bath was really good too. The hotel provided extra pillows, robes etc for guests in the corridor. Quick breakfast options provided via ticket purchase.

My room faced the main road so I could hear cars pass at night. I had to close my window because of this. It wasn't too loud but I noticed as I had trouble sleeping in Japan.

The room was big enough and very comfortable. The bed was big and the desk very useful. I was able to work very comfortable in my room.

I wish they had a make up mirrow, as the mirror in the bathroom had very little light, same as the one in the room. The public bath was a bit dirty. Maybe they do not clean it everyday, but they were many hairs on the shower area and inside the water. Well, I understand it is easy to get hairs everywhere if you do not clean daily. Not a big deal, but I wish they had clean it a bit more.

very clean, well located, tasty tea, good breakfast, the room is well equipped, friendly personnel.

the public bath was a bit filthy, hair, traces of soap, I noticed that visitors don't take a shower before visiting it. I also didn't like that women brought their sons to it. no hooks in the bathroom. the tax during check in. 1 blanket for 2 people

The hotel was really good! The staff in the hotel lobby was nice and they speak good english. The room was big, nice and clean, same goes for the bathroom. We could use the public bath for free and that was cool. It was a very good stay and we were all happy. I recommend this hotel when you visit Kyoto.

The hotel looks great and is very new. Rooms are big and with plenty of space for your luggages. Toilet is also very nice and big in size. You have access to a free Onsen onsite which is great!

Only thing I didn't like was a super annoying sounds coming from the nearby bus station, I don't know much about it but it was quite unpleasant, not sure why though since it is a highly residential area. Also there was a small light in the room that would not turn off at night and the staff was not able to help us with this, but it was not a major problem to fall asleep.

The room and facilities were very clean and the hotel was comfortable. Larger than typical single sized rooms. Next to the elevator they have robes and a selection of pillows of different hardness. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. It's close to Kujo station, and the nearby bus stops connect to many popular attractions. I enjoyed this stay quite a bit!

To be called a Kyoto station hotel, it's a little far (around 15 min walking), there's a bus stop right in front however. While the hotel is decently nice, the view is not exactly great and you can hear announcements from the nearby bus station in the mornings

Convenient access to the subway. Public bath was a nice alternative to showering in the room. Pillows of varying softness as well as small humidifiers available to use in your room. Clean hotel, not too far from Kyoto station yet in a very quiet area. Massage chair (in "premium" single room) was a nice bonus. Premium single room was pleasantly large for a business hotel.

Wifi was a little unreliable and repeatedly dropped out. Description of the location is slightly deceptive: It's a little far from Kyoto station, especially if you have luggage. Only one elevator available. Breakfast, while not bad, was not particularly special.

Great hotel about 10 minutes walk to JR station. It's on the south side of the Kyoto JR station. The room was bigger than what we expected and the bathroom design was the best we had seen so far on our Japan trip.

Breakfast was not included so had to go to JR station. Being on the south side of the station it's a little complicated to get to the central side entrance where all the main attractions of the station are located.
