Stayed for 5 nights. Great location, walkable to the Kyoto station south exit thru the shopping mall. Close to supermarket, restaurants, and a few bus stop. It's just next to a main driveway but the sound proof was great. Quiet and rest well at night. Staff were friendly and took care of my luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Sometimes there was cigarette smell in the corridor at night, probably from some other guest. Usually disappeared in the morning when cleaning started so not a big deal.

The value of the daily rate was worth it, the breakfast was good, location is across shopping mall. If you are driving car make sure to reserve parking in advance or plenty of coin parking nearby.

The location is excellent. I did not take the breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful.

The room is super small. when booking 2 bedrooms, I could not choose 1 room with double bed and 1 room with twin beds. Bathrooms very old compared to other hotels of same level visited. Not all staff spoke English

The staff was very nice. The room i received was on highest floor, and the view was awesome. Breakfast was ok. There are computers in lobby for guests to use.

check-out at 10 is generaly a bit early for my style of traveling

It has everything and is close to the main station. It is about walking distance to many shops and supermarkets. There are many bus stops just in front of the hotel. It is very convenient.

It is a small room, so it is only good for I guess younger generations.

Good location, stick to Kyoto Pagoda, clean room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff.
