We loved everything about this place. The staff were really friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and fresh. Great location but so peaceful in the rooms. Our favourite stay in Japan!

Microwave is so limited. There's only 1 item and only available on the 3rd floor. No vending machine.

Great staff, clean, great room! Phone had some trouble to connect with the wifi, but in the end it all worked. They store your luggage for free!

Bit away from Center, around 30min of walking or you could take the metro.

Spacious room, comfortable beds and really kind staff

The room is very modern and clean. The staff were exceptional. Great shower unit. I’m a fan of the shower head they had. Also, the blow dryer is really high quality. The hotel is conveniently located next to a Nakao and convenient store, as well as Sanjo and Nijo Castle. The price I received was also great.

If the temperature gets down to freezing, the room doesn’t warm up very well, even if you have the heater on blast for hours.
