The hotel room is quite small for three people, which can be a challenge for comfort. Communication through the booking app was lacking, leaving us anxious about our forwarded luggage. One luggage forwarding company didn’t recognize the hotel’s address, forcing us to switch to another service. Overall, while the location is convenient, the issues with room size and communication could detract from the experience.

Room is very comfy. Close to SEIYU, where you can buy food very cheaply.

Microwave is on the first floor right between the lift and the exit. When using it to warm food, people might walk really close to you, open the doors, and the cold air might hit you. This is a small inconvenience, but it's there. Just make sure to be prepared for cold air when you use the microwave, and maybe try ignoring the people.

- It is very close to Nijojo-mae Station on the Tozai Subway Line and a 10-minute walk to JR Shijo Omiya Station. It is also close to Horikawa-oike bus stop, which is very convenient to Kiyomizudera Temple, Yasaka Shrine, Hanami-koji, Nishiki Market, and Shijo Kawaramachi (Kyoto downtown area) by bus. - Self-service check-in and check-out is available, so keep the hotel password and room password provided by e-mail, and if you have any problems checking out, you can use the front desk phone to contact the hotel staff.

Towels are placed in a locker in front of the elevator for guests to pick up, but are replenished more infrequently than not, and were almost always empty during the three days of the stay.

Very clean and well maintained. Cleaning service once every three days are very thorough. Convenient switches next to bed made it easy to turn off lights at night. Convenient switch for air-conditioning attached to wall made sure no one could lose remote. Able to enter and leave facility 24 hours.

Bins were small which meant for us tourists who buy alot of takeaway from convenient stores bin filled quickly. Build up of trash didn't take long. No microwave for the room. One Shared with entire hotel. Made it inconvenient when warming up frozen foods. Getting hotel and finding out about extra charge on accommodation labelling it as accommodation tax. Although we paid for accommodation online it was not clearly noted that this additional charge would be added once signing into hotel. As we stayed at 3 other accommodations in Japan and paid online. Only here did we experience this. The amount was negligible however it was more it popping up unexpectedly when arriving that threw us off.

I liked condition of tech.equipments, good quality aspecially the one drying system for bathroom, room cleaning was also good even though it was one time in 3 days, there were additional Green tea that I loved very much (couldn’t find out in supermarket ), location is amazing, very close to everywhere you wish; it was super Quiet not only the hotel neighbourhood, the whole street area!! A lot of supermarkets nearby. my bed and my Pillow were very comfortable anatomical (I’m the one with serious neck disease and it was perfect to me) staff were very nice, I felt myself very comfortable and free as if it’s my home; nobody disturbed me and I didn’t feel controlled and monitored; size of my room was very comfortable for use, with my large size baggage (160cm) I cloud open it easily. Everything was understandable and with instructions

The hotel's location is quite close to the nearby bus stations and convenience stores. Its environment is also peaceful and clean. We can check-in and check-out by ourselves from the monitor in the front desk. The amenities are also complete and we can take it ourselves as needed. I'd love to stay here again when I visit Kyoto next time!

The room was very comfortable, the bed was soft and the bathroom was nice and included a good bath and shower. The room was big for Japan’s typical standards ! There was a fridge, a kettle and a tv and there where free supplies of razors, cotton pads etc in reception. Good location, close to the Nijo castle and only a ten minute walk to the station to get to other attractions close by! Definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in Kyoto!

There wasn’t much interaction with the staff but it wasn’t a problem for us personally!

the position is good near Nijo Castle in a beautiful area. Rooms are bigger than the average and the mattress comfortable.

Staff was always in a separate room and not very present at the reception except at check-in. At one point, the only microwave in the hotel broke, but it was replaced just a day later, leaving guests without this service. In addition, the cleaning service is provided every 3 days, but if you miss the set day, no one will come to clean the next one. This aspect is not worthy of a hotel of this kind.

The location is perfect!!! To be honest there are many famous spots near by, like Nijo Castle, Manga Museum and so many others, we got walking to many ffamous spots and we got to know the area and everyone were so kind with us!! Just in the corner in front there is a restaurant managed by an old lady, she was so kind and we got to try her nuddles and they WERE the best WE HAD in Japan!!! I would definitely recommend this place.

The place is small but everything in Japan is this size haha. Still manage to complete everything with 3 people in the room, everythin was so clean and nice!!

We stayed in 3 single beds .. it was really clean and tidy .. staff were friendly .. we asked for early check-in around 2 pm and we get it free of charge .. check in was easy

The room was so tiny .. there was no space to walk specially if you open your bags .. there was no closet for cloths, only one small space which sometimes help .. bathroom was so small too .. there is no Iron in the room and when we asked the staff they provided it after 5 hours
