It had everything and was unbelievably comfortable! The property was very clean and tidy, and came fully equipped with all the facilities and utilities you would need for a trip. We really appreciated all the care and detail that had been taken to ensure we had a lovely and pleasant stay. The host even allowed us to leave our bags prior to check-in, and had brought them up 3 flights of stairs to our room for when we arrived. The reception/ lobby was fully stocked with additional toiletries, utensils, etc. should they have been required, and the host was 100% responsive with any queries. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The room was super spacious and had everything we needed. Having a washing machine was super convenient, especially since Kyoto was the halfway point of our Japan trip. There are bus stops nearby and some train stations a bit farther out. Buses in Kyoto can get pretty crowded and sometimes stuck in traffic, so I’d recommend walking a bit more and taking the train when you can. You can leave your bags at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. Check-in/check out is completely contactless, the hotel staff sends you all the info you need on the day you arrive. There's a bunch of useful stuff you can borrow or buy at the reception, like scissors, cutlery and washing powder.

Our space in Kyoto was fantastic and great value. Very clean and spacious in a quiet, non-touristy neighbourhood where we found little treasures close by including a bakery (Maruki), a yakitori-ya and a Thai masseuse. Having a washer in the room and a balcony to dry clothes was great. We found it easy to get around the city using public transport. We paid 1700 yen for the taxi from the train station to the inn.

Liked the location, quiet and convenient to transport and groceries. Easy walk up into the shopping district or centre of Kyoto . There was a good amount of space but it was poorly laid out and we ended up getting in each others way navigating the room. The neighbourhood was lovely and we felt very safe and relaxed.

The water temperature setting in the bathroom was a bit erratic. Not enough room to store luggage.. no pegs to secure clothing on outside line. City view was the wall and roof next door. Worst was the kitchen …basically no utensils. No extra plate or bowl for food preparation and the only saucepan was a bit of a health risk as it was so badly scratched. We had to buy tumblers for drinking out of and also for teeth cleaning. It was a bit difficult navigating a small spiral staircase with luggage…but,I should have researched better and would have known about the lack of elevator.

convenient location, short walking distance to bus stops and train stations, and grocery stores. The facility is clean and conveniently equipped with all you need. We appreciated the ability to cook some meals (especially vegetables and fruits) in the small but well-designed kitchen space after being away from home for many days. There is no in-person service, but everything is well labeled and explained in writing.

It would be more welcoming if the kitchen was supplied with some basic condiments, salt, sugar, tea bags, etc... we left what we bought and hopefully can benefit other tenants.

It’s a self-contained apartment and spacious. Newish and clean facilities. Good shower power, have outdoor balcony area for laundry. Located at a quiet area near a large supermarket.

We were seriously hoping there was at least one bedside table for our phones at night time, as well as an extra power point near the bed. also the high dining table and stools are too high and not very easy to use. Would really appreciate the set at normal standard height.

We really like the location since many establishments are a walking distance to the hotel. The area is also quiet and it is also near a grocery store and convenience store. It also has laundry area so we don't need to go to coin laundry shop. It also has microwave so we can just buy food from the grocery and heat it in the hotel. The room is also very spacious that we have space for our luggages. Thank you very much for the accomodation. We will be back when we go to Kyoto again.

None, it is perfect for us.

Great unit with small kitchen and bonus washing machine. Very clean and comfortable. Small clothesline on balcony was handy. We saved money by buying our own breakfast from 7/11 and making it at the unit

There weren’t many restaurants around but the buses to the shopping and eating areas were only about 200m away. Once we worked that out we could go anywhere.

This is a clean, well appointed, large by Japanese standards, apartment, complete with kitchen and washing machine. I was concerned about the staff-less reception; but checking in was easy. There is a Fresco supermarket about an 8 minute walk away.

The room is no thing of beauty: bare cement wall, or particle board wall. The Inn is a 20 minute walk from the nearest subway station. The room had no smell, but the stairway leading to it had a strong cleaning agent odor.

The place is completed with all the facility we need for a long stay. Especially we have a toodler with us. They were kind enough to ask if we need small plastic bags for diaper. Location is prime... near many bus stop... walkable to Matsumoto grocery, very good ramen shop and Family mart... We requested for lower floor since we have big luggage and our kid cant go up that high, and it were granted. There were some issue with Booking during our reservation and the hotel staffs were very concern and helpful. Love the place over all.

Not that I did not like but if i could suggest. I wish they have a small folding chair near the door... that will help us more when we wear our shoes... Not a show stopper. But more people will enjoy this.
