Just walkable distance fro Kyoto station in a quiet residential area. The outside of hotel is quiet however soundproofing within the building is non existent, we had a noisy family next door and we could hear everything and every movement into the night. Glad when it was time to leave. Other than that, room is spacious and comfortable.

We arrived after 3pm check in time but were told to wait because the room cleaning hasn’t finished. This is the first time in Japan. The room is just about functional but so many little things are awkward- fridge door opens just a bit before it is blocked by a raised sliding door frame, kitchen cupboard door opens but you have to duck your head, cannot easily reach the hob, you shower and the whole bathroom gets wet…

Everything about the room is perfect. It's spacious, has complete amenities, and is super comfortable. Pre-check-in was smooth. The host was giving updates and instructions clearly. The front desk is also lovely. He helped me book two taxis after I dropped the luggage. Totally recommend staying!

Even though on the map it looks close to Kyoto Station, the walk was quite lengthy. The walk from the nearest bus station was pretty far too. But if you don't mind it, this will be your best Kyoto hotel experience ever! It was, for me and my friends!

Lovely room with a separate lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a whole day visiting various temples and shrines. Love the fact that it’s a low rise building with a family atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there amazing restaurants serving delicious home cooked meals close by.

It was perfect, the location is walkable to the train station you can go anywhere by walk. The room itself is very clean and spacious. The accomodation is perfect! And its quiet at night. The bed is so comfy . We had a great sleep. The staff are so helpful! Everything was great! Moreover , there is the bar on the first floor of hotel! Food is great! Impressed I will choose this place again! Highly recommended!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were very happy that it was not far from the station. We had a wonderful bath with a tub and everything one might need. The staff was very friendly. Washer and drier were easy to use on 3rd floor. We will come again! :)

The location is amazing; very close to two stations and one of them is a very important one which helps you to get anywhere in Kyoto. Also, there are plenty of shops and restaurants at on only 10 mins walking. The apartament has everything you need for your stay.

Rooms are big. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Short walk from station about 15 minutes.

Stayed in one of the jacuzzi's suites (there are only 2) and the buttons on the Jacuzzi were broken so we couldn't get the jets on. Our main reason to book the Jacuzzi suite was for the Jacuzzi so that was a little upsetting.

Great location few minutes walking distance from Kyoto station, the room was small but confortable as well as the beds, the bathroom was nice with a big bath tub, overall clean and well equipped, good value for money in Japan

Everything was good, the personnel was not often present and not able to help on few requests, such call a restaurant for us, but it's very minor

Rooms are big. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Short walk from station about 15 minutes. First two nights we stayed in the suite and following 3 days in there double twin beds, staff made it very convenient when transferring luggage from one room to the next.

Requested to change the towels but for some reasons that were not changed. Also, both the clothes dryers were broken during our stay
