The staff were really helpful in assisting us in calling the station and police to follow up on a missing item report. The room and the bathroom were big for what we paid for and compared to other hotels we've stayed at. The building also has 2 washing machines and dryers each, free to use. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

The location is a bit difficult to access especially when you're walking from Kyoto station with luggage. Unfortunately, there was some mold in the bathroom ceiling due to not enough ventilation in the bathroom.

Small hotel which was reasonably close to the Kyoto Ry Station. Helpful staff. Small fridge and microwave in room. Nice bathroom. Good for 2 people, a little cramped for 3 but adequate.

Option for 2 pillows would have been nice. Sofa bed would be better with an additional foam topper; seam was intrusive.

No breakfast but very clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. The location is good particularly if you need easy access to the station.

Parts of the shower fell apart and injured someone. Staff was less than helpful, no emergency kit available (was more a sewing kit)
