The value for this hotel was great. Easy access to the surrounding Matsumoto area and national park and mountains. In a quiet location away from the main street and the city center. With a car, this was a good hotel to stay in.

Nothing fancy or extra, which is not necessarily negative.

Price is very affortable. Room is clean. They have coin washing machine and dryer which very helpful for me. Free parking is great too.

The hotel was very clean. It is in the main town area, it was easier to shop & go to restaurant.

Our room’s bidet didn’t work. The staff who came to fix it kept saying it was our fault. whereas we didn’t even use the toilet. I didn’t like that. Please try to make the hotel pet friendly or make a pet room.

Clean and comfortable. Fine for a couple of nights.

It was further from the centre than I thought. Takes two train stops and a 10minute walk. Fine in the daytime but street lighting wasn’t great. Lively little suburban centre though.

It's an old hotel, but it's well-maintained and clean, with very friendly staff and free parking available.

The bed and mattress seem old, which makes them a bit uncomfortable.

Lawson was very close to the hotel. The hotel staff was nice.

First of all the nearest railway station is very far (around 2 Kms). The room smelled like cigarettes. At least they should use a room freshener. Walls were dirty. Other than that the room was ok.

Just a quick one-night stay. Only slept. No problems. Good value.

There was one person that spoke decent English and there is a parking lot.

The hotel is old and kind of run down. We ordered non smoking rooms but they all smelled like cigarettes. The hotel smells pretty bad in general. We had to ask for new comforters because the ones in the room were dirty.

Everything. I just don't recommend this hotel for the following reasons: 1- Poor customer service 2- Don't trust the when the room is advertised as none-smoking, you might get the same bad experience I had. I requested none-smoking room, however the room is given to me had smoke smell on it. The staff told me that they cannot do anything for me and refused to compensate me with anything. 3- Over priced for what you get Generally, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. I will never stay in the hotel again in future.
