We loved our stay here. It was a a great area close to the trolley, Matsuyama Castle, a peaceful gorgeous park, restaurants, grocery stores, Dogo Onsen and a dope dance studio. They even offered us Jammies to wear, many amenities and changed our towels daily for no extra charge. The room was more spacious then many in Japan. The WiFi was strong. They had bikes to rent. The window had a pleasant city view and wasn’t blurred out like many Japanese hotel/hostel/home windows. The cleaning staff were friendlier than at many other places and spoke with us. It was a super clean space with a lovely long desk for working. Water pressure was fantastic. Warm and cozy place.

Wish there were two chairs at the desk as we are two people. Wish there were more bikes to rent; there were only 2 and it’s the best way to see the city in our opinion!

Great location and price, simple room with nice long window counter.

The bathroom is very compact which is ok but the sink was angled in my first room and there was a moldy smell in the bathroom of the second room, but only after the door was closed a long time. It LOOKED clean though, maybe the smell came from the shower drain.

The hotel has everything i need 😊 i like the long desk to put my stuff and the bed was comfortable

I booked a non smoking room but It has a bit of smoke smelling from somewhere. it has all good after window opens tho

The room is spacious enough to fit a lot of things.

The airconditioning is not quite working at times.

Breakfast was a deal and delicious! Also the bed is more a Queen size than double.

Because the bed was large, the walk space is narrow.

Great budget hotel in good location. Staff friendly and had a good breakfast. Had parking so a bonus for us. Also very quiet.

Location was very good. Near the tram stop. Convenience stores nearby. Restaurants and shopping with walking distance.

Room size a bit small.

A nice hotel, very well kept, with friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed my stay and the amenities of the hotel: I will certainly stop here again!
