I liked the location of the hotel, it was walking distance from the night life and restaurants. I like how secure the hotel is, making it feel quite safe, especially as a solo traveller.

I didn't like the bed sheet designs. It looked old fashioned, I would much rather prefer the standard minimal look.

Great location near the city center (trams, nightlife, restaurants...). Opulent lobby. Great rooftop hot baths -- one inside, one outside!

No complaints. The room is small, of course, but cozy and compact, and full of amenities.

Omg the pillow! I'm still looking for the brand! Typical hotel, everything was new, clean and well maintained. Really accessible. The Onsen was really good as well.

The staff are all very kind. I was really impressed how friendly they were. Breakfast was ok, typical buffet fare. But dinner was really tasty! The hotel is within easy distance of the tram and buses.

Staff was really kind and hospitality was awesome. Also breakfast was tasty. I love Dashimaki tamago the best! no-ceiling bath was one of the point to choose this hotel.

Great breakfast, and the hot drink machine has a matcha latte! On the edge of the CBD in good walking distance to restaurants.

The room is quite small and one person has to crawl over the other to get into bed. A cheaper hotel in Nagoya had more space.
