The hotel room was more spacious than we expected. As was the bathroom. Everything was clean. Even though we asked for "no room cleaning", there was a big bag of towels, linen etc hanging on our door when we returned to the room! Location-wise, there were restaurants nearby and lots of bars. Not forgetting a handy "bottle shop" practically across the road from the hotel. The tram stop to Dogo Onsen was only a short walk away.

The car park at the back of the building was challenging. Mainly because we were not used to driving into a "metal cage". Parking charges were ¥1,000 a night!

For an older hotel, I really had a very pleasant stay. Rooms have everything you need, bed was comfortable. Staff gracefully allowed me to stow my luggage, and the breakfast buffet was impressive. Very close to the tram line that will take you to the train stations or Dogo Onsen. Many restaurants nearby as well.

The decor in the bathrooms needs an update. Staff didn't speak the best English, which isn't surprising as this hotel seems to primarily cater to Japanese businessmen/clientele. Location is good but isn't perfect - some walking will be required.

The location is very convenient near the main downtown of Matsuyama is (and Okaido street), where many restaurants are. Also walking distance to the castle rope-way. On the 3rd floor there are washing machines, and an ice machine. The room cleaning in the morning was always very quick during the time we went out for breakfast and came back. Also two convenience stores literally 20 seconds outside the hotel.

There's not much not to like for the price/location/cleanliness/convenience of this hotel :) The large single beds are exactly that, so don't expect a queen bed. It's fine if two small/slim persons sharing.

Good location. Decor charmingly dated. Great bath. Excellent to have free bike hire for up to 3 hours! Staff very helpful and pleasant.

The breakfast was a bit confusing. One duvet had a mark on it, but they replaced it immediately with no problems.

The hotel is very close to the tram, less than 10 minutes' walk. Walking from the hotel can quickly reach the Okaido store street. The check-in went smoothly and the front desk service was very good. The room is very clean and tidy. On the third floor, there are washing machines, dryers, vending machines, and ice makers.

The place was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were well designed, the staff were extra helpful going out of their way to help me with my requests.

That I don't have anything to complain about.

Good location near to tram and bus stops with many restaurants and convenience stores near by. Very good value

The room design is not the most stylish and slightly dated. Yet it is a good size and being kept clean.

The location is perfect near restaurants, shopping and tramway. you can go the the JR station with the tramway in about 15mn.

the bed is really small. The smoking room is really horrible due to the smell of the smoke.

Business hotel, central location. Rooms are small, same as the bathrooms, but clean and with everything what a traveler needs. Our nonsmoking room was quiet and the AC was efficient. Breakfast was buffet style with Japanese food, lot of choice.

Location was great,service was great,the room is so comfort.that’s a good hotel with low budget….

The shower spray,better change it to the new one…
