The staff were kind and helpful when checking in or if I had any questions. The Eco service was very convenient. The later check out and earlier check in time from most hotels was also very nice. The room was clean and well laid out for a Japanese hotel. The amenities were of good quality, and the laundry room had a decent number of machines. The free soft drink bar and work space for guests was nice. The public baths were nice and the private in room bathroom was clean.

They hybrid bean/foam pillow, I really do not understand why this style is so popular with hotels in Japan.

Amazing price, as I booked for AUD52 per night, and they refund ¥300 if you choose not to have the room cleaned on the second night (they still provide fresh towels). The hotel is right next to the shopping street, which is also 10 min walk away from Matsuyama Castle. I loved the onsen at the property as it has both indoor and open air onsens. There is a rest room where you can use the massage chair for free and in the lobby, you can have unlimited free coffee and soft drinks as well. Very comfortable and super cheap stay consisering capsules in major cities would be the same price, sometimes more.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT 😍🫶🏻 The staff was insanely nice and helpful, the housekeeping staff were also doing an awesome job every day. The room was equipped with everything you needed, and you got a bottle of water every day 😍 If you don't need your room cleaned every day, you get a payback at the end of your stay. I mostly enjoyed the hotel intern Onsen for both male and female 🧖‍♀️ The hotel is also equipped with vending machines, but also offers free coffee and refreshments in their beautifully designed lobby! Since the hotel is right next to Okaido Shopping Street, you're quick at Matsuyama Castle, Dogo Onsen and also the City Station. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest! 🥰🙏🏻✨️ 100% PERFECT! You'll see me again 😋🌻

We enjoyed public bath in hotel and thanks for free amenity & free drink in lobby. We used parking lot in hotel with 700 yen per night, so it was conveient. The hotel is located beside huge Don Quijote and 10~20 seconds from main arcade.

The toilet is located too close to bathroom wall, so I was uncomfortable when I sit the toilet. It seems that bathroom is too small to assign bathtub, washstand and toilet.

Hotel is centrally located and easy to get to. The hotel and room appear dated but the bed and linens appeared well kept. Good value for the price for a night or two. You are given ¥300 refund for each day you don't requiring room cleaning (and saving resources) which is a great idea. The bath was clean and relaxing. Microwave is provided to heat up bento. I'd stay here again.

Bathroom had a muskey smell until I ran the water. Keep in mind most don't shower in the room, but in the baths, so the use of the shower in the room may not be so frequent. Rooms appear dated, but were clean. 運転免許証 was photocopied at check in.

Great onsen and sauna. The bed, duvet and pillow were in my opinion really comfortable. The size of the room was also perfect.

Sometimes noice from the street and cigaret smell. Could wish for better english speaking staff even though they were very kind and tried to help me out despite of language barriere ! :-)

Very convenient location. From Matsuyama Airport, there is a limousine bus and when you get off at Okaido Bus stop, just a 5 min. walking distance to the Hotel.

There was only one staff when we checked in and you have to get a number to be attended when called. There should have been at least 2 staffs to speed up the process of checking in.

nice central area, really close to everything important, only really walked. The staff helped us organise a taxi to the Ferry Port despite the language barrier. we got a 300¥ refund because we didn’t use the room cleaning service! which was nice

it's a litte far from JR train station but it on the Okaido center street, and you can use City train to go visit anywhere in the city. There are many restaurants and shopping stores around it. It's also have Onsen and have many free serveice for that (comemistic, hair band...).
