Excellent location to access the main sightseeing areas, very convenient to the public transportation as well. The room was spacious enough, check in and out were super quick, and they were kind enough to hold our luggage after checkout. The room had a really cute view, there was no step up into the bathroom which I loved, and the beds were pretty comfy. And check out is 11 which is quite rare in Japan so that was a nice touch as well.

Perfect location for shopping, eating and sightseeing - Okaido to the south, Starbucks to the east, a pleasant short walk to Matsuyama castle to the north and the Saka no Ue no Kumo Museum right beside it. Streetcar stops are right in front of the hotel - also convenient to reach the train station and Dogo Onsen. Room is small but comfy, I had a really nice view of the castle hill. Love the super express kiosk check-out.

The only tricky thing for me was the parking lot - it is right within the building but had such a narrow space - had to wait in turns to get cars in and out. lots are limited so make sure to arrive earlier - but I'm pretty sure they will have alternative plans. It is definitely a hassle if you want to get anything from the car again given they are all parked so close to each other. But great thanks to the staff - did a great job directing us

We had a good view out over the Bansuisō and castle mound. We appreciated that they were making strong attempts to be green with large reusable cups and water stations on each floor. Once we figured out how to get into the parking garage, it was very easy to use, and the staff running it were extremely helpful. The location is very good for getting to the castle and around several central attractions, but it is very central, so driving in is a bit stressful.

The bathrooms were tiled in our (unrennovated?) rooms, which meant they retained some mildew and looked like they needed refreshing, along with the rest of the rooms. The bed and pillow were a little stiff and not the most comfortable. We were unable to control the air conditioning in our room and could not open the window either, so it was a very warm and stuffy stay. The fridge did not hold very much and was very awkward to arrange.

Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. Location is excellent. Okaido is a centre of activity and there is a tramstop in front of the hotel. The castle ropeway is 10 minutes away on foot.

Most eating places close from 14 to 17h00 or from 15 to 18h(30).

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was diverse, and the food was warm.

It’s not that I disliked it, but I think the window was kept closed due to safety concerns. It would be nice if it could be opened safely.

The staff were incredibly helpful. For some reason our car hire cancelled and their was nothing left in the city. After half an hour on the phone, the reception staff had solved the problem with a smile. The location was perfect. Nothing to complain about really.

Small room with a child (bedding takes up most of the room). Adequate for a night or 2.

Good size room, goid breakfast. Got a good deal on the rooms with breakfast. Walking distance to robeway to Matsuyama Castle n shopping district. Will consider staying at more Tokyu REI hotels.

Limited number of laundry machines. It's a race of who gets there or wait there first for the next available machine.

Great location. Right across the street from the Okaido shopping center and just a short walk to the Matsuyama castle today and you can catch the street car to Dogo Onsen right in front of the Hotel

A lot of people complained about the bad smell in the hotel. This is because there are some floor is smoking floor and some are smoking free. Sometimes, the bad smell will travel to other floors. Our room is clean and I like the breakfast.

The street car did right across the street. The Okaido stop. The Limo bus to the airport stops in front of the hotel. Laundry on the Sixth floor. Breakfast meals served on the second floor.
