Everything essential was there. The bed was big and comfortable. Water flow is great! Water heating system works quick and really hot so manual mixing with cold is needed. Shampoo smells so good and was enough without conditioner.

A small towel and the yukata didn’t smell as good as the bath towel. Air conditioner made creaking or ticking noise when outer blades were swaying up and down but noise didn’t last too long. No cotton buds to clean ears but that’s fine.

Very nice staff and there is a public bath.

A bit old blankets for the bed which clearly are discoloured. And the bathroom wasn't that clean.

The location was very good for my needs. There was no hassle about the parking. They were very flexible about letting me keep the key when I went out.

Breakfast there is by reservation only. I was not able to get a reservation at check-in. It would have been good to know this when I made the room reservation online.

Too far away from Nagano station, no breakfast option, beds are too small

Room has own bathroom with toilet.

There wasn’t convinient store in close distance, nearest was 10min by walk.
