The location of this hotel is unpaid. My room was on the third floor overlooking the Glover Slope. It was really refreshing to wake up to lively noise coming from right outside of the room. The facility may look aged, but it’s not like old but more of aged in a good sense. The bed was comforted and you can choosy the difference types of pillows and scents according to your preference. (Guidance in the drawer). Love this hotel and I will definitely come back!!

Good view from the room we had at the front of the hotel. The lobby is very smart looking and the staff are very professional and polite. The rooms were fairly big and well furnished. The beds were comfortable.

There is a restaurant for Breakfast which is a decent buffet style but a bit pricey I thought for what it was. This restaurant also serves evening meals which are very expensive for the quality, that was a bit disappointing.

The staff were so helpful especially Wang Meng Yao who booked a gluten free restaurant for me in Nagasaki for our next destination as I could not speak Japanese. We also got a great recommendation for a day trip to battleship island. The room was good with everything we needed and a nice balcony

Although we did not have breakfast the price was a lot higher than any other hotels we stayed at in Japan, would have been good to be able to order all la carte

The staff ever exceptional, so courteous and kind. The location was sensational for Glover Gardens and this side of town, this is exactly what I was after. My room on the 7th floor looked out onto Glover Street/gardens and the view was unforgettable. Everything you want for a hotel and that bit more. Extra special, will definitely go again.

We stayed two nights. The hotel is undergoing renovations and we spent a very uncomfortable first night in an older room with a broken ventilation system. The second night we were moved larger remodeled room that was very comfortable. The location for us was perfect being across the street from the cruise ship port with plenty of shops to explore.

Hidden fees like crazy. I booked for two people, but then they said I hadn’t so they charged us extra. Then there is a special city tax for Nagasaki. They offered breakfast for 2,700 yen a person which we declined.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The room came with a balcony which overlooks the Glover area. It is also very accessible via public transportation.

Is an older hotel with the type of furnishing. Still relatively clean. Near to glover garden and Orca church Near to the tram station.

Not near to Nagasaki station thus need to take tram over. But is still relatively easy to go ard Nagasaki with the tram

Note: This is my second stay at this hotel. The staff members who assisted me during the check-in process were quite pro-active, bringing me to where I needed to go and simply smoothing out everything that was required. My room was fairly spacious with a good view of the road leading up to Oura Cathedral and Glover Garden. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the pillows were ok, which is high praise from me if you've read enough of my Japanese hotel reviews by now. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but is within walking distance of several public transport options. There are also a few eateries around the area.

This is a bit of a tiny nitpick; the room itself was clean and tidy, but there were a few places that could have used a bit more dusting, such as on the TV. Otherwise, I have no complaints about my experience here.

Stuff was better, friendly and helpful. Location was excellent view from my room was wonderful.
