The night supper snack and treats were always welcome. It's location was great. I walked to all the attractions from this hotel except for the bomb museum. Location is next to chinatown. It's great if you want to have your meals there. Rooms were decently sized and everything was within reach.

There were only 2 lifts and it linked directly to the ground level which made getting into the lift difficult after your check in.

The pillow came with the room was horrible. You could get a different pillow but who wants to go back to reception in the middle of the night. Dormy inn is famous to have a comfortable pillow. I wished they would have selections of pillow in the room.

Good location for visiting Nagasaki, close to tram and has excellent parking arrangements with a nearby indoor parking lot, parking cost 3000 yen for 3 days, hotel room was ideal for a short stay.

The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable, but we requested some more and they were promptly provided which helped. The rooms aren't massive but not unusual and are otherwise very well equipped.

We stayed at the Candeo next door for two nights before moving to Dormy Inn, and found Dormy Inn to be a much better value for money. The twin room is much bigger than Candeo, 2 beds can be pushed together. Small touches like free ice popsicles after the onsen made it a more comfortable stay. In room bathroom is quite compact but the onsen is very good.

I like Dormy Inn's and I always try to stay in this brand of hotel when I'm in a city in Japan it is very comfortable. The location of this property was perfect, very close to public transportation. The staff were very helpful when I had questions and I would stay again.

There were many follen hair on the floor in Public bathroom especially men’s bathroom. Unfortunately my husband couldn’t go back there because of that. He was expected more clean facilities.

Convenience, family mart just below hotel. Hotel is conveniently situated where every major attraction are easily accessible by tram.

The room that I initially stayed in, loud air-con noises can be heard from the outside so I had to change rooms. But the staff were very helpful in assisting me on room change.

This is a gem. Location is perfect with easy access to public transportation and airport bus. Not too far from Nagasaki station also 4 stops away on #1 tram. The onsen and free supper is a big plus. Simple noodles so good. We were there during new year and they laid out Nagasaki New Year specialities for us to taste.

Nothing much... maybe access to drinking water.

The onsen was very good and the hotel staff friendly and welcoming and the hotel excellently located in the heart of Nagasaki near China Town and easily walking distance to lots of the main sights.

Fantastic! As well as a large room size, there are so many free extras to make you feel at home. Comfy lounge wear, onsen, free laundromat, and even a free ramen supper before bedtime. Great location too, next to Chinatown and Dejima island and near the tram stop for the Atomic Bomb museum. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nothing was missing. All I can think of is that it was a bit chilly in the lobby, which is where you come out of the onsen.
