- The hotel entrance is beautiful and elegant. Reminded me of high end hotel or ryokan. - The staffs are very warm, friendly and welcoming. Even the housekeepers will greet you with smile if they encounter you in the hallway. - The location is perfect. Just minutes away from bus stop and tram to Nagasaki Station, and access to many major attractions, though it will take 15-20 mins if you want to walk to Nagasaki Station. - Chinatown and Dejima Wharf is a short walk away, even the famous Glover Garden is a pleasant 15 mins walk. - The room is small but functional and comfy. - Plenty of convenient stores and places to eat around the restaurant.

- I just wish there is a way for the guest to not get a new towels and pyjamas every day. I only change towels once every other day, but since there is no opt out from receiving new towels every day, they ended up piling up in my room being unused and I suspect that they have to wash it anyway in the end, wasting energy and resources.

This hotel ticks all the right boxes. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic shopping street and perfectly connected by public transport, including a direct airport bus from Nagasaki Airport. Food lovers will be in heaven with an abundance of top-rated restaurants right at your doorstep. The complimentary laundry room was a bonus. The hot bath, complimented by a relaxing viewing gallery in the foyer, was a great relief after a tiring day spent on sightseeing. I enjoyed the delectable ice cream and highball at the bar (next to the check-in area). The design of the hotel is another highlight. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, blending style with comfort to create a relaxing and modern atmosphere. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this place makes a lasting impression.

We were in a great location. The washer and dryers were readily available and free. The onsen was both inside and outside for the women. The breakfast was reasonably priced and had excellent variety. I thought the staff was excellent and helpful. When we didn’t like the configuration of the room, Yusaku Inoue was very helpful to change our room. When I couldn’t check in for our flight to Okinawa the next morning, Chen asked if he could do it for me and made sure our taxi was ordered to get us to the airport on time. The manager even came out when my husband asked to see him. We would definitely stay there again.

With all our travel across Japan, I am still amazed at the lack of English staff speakers. However that’s a Japan issue more than a H2 only issue.

I travelled for work and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, all amenities worked well, breakfast was generous, and the staff were without exception lovely. I didn't make use of the baths on the top floor. I would also like to make mention of the front desk staff who went out of their way to try and help when I lost my passport. They made phone/calls on my behalf and secured me all the information I needed to speak with the consulate etc. A big thank you again.

The staff was friendly and polite. The room was really clean and the inside of the whole hotel looks new. It had a small fridge (I think it's more suited for drinks rather than food) and a microwave too, despite it not being a large room. Although relatively small, it didn't feel cramped at all. There is a public bath. I didn't go but if I come here again I want to try it! If you pull the window blind down it lets no light in, so you can sleep soundly even after sunrise. Remotely controlled air conditioner so you can set your preferred temperature yourself.

Nothing comes to mind

The hotel is very centrally and conveniently located. The aspect is very nice, lobby, hallways, rooms. Great service at reception and breakfast. The breakfast is very tasty and there are lots of options available. The price was ok. The bar with the fire outside is quite nice experience. Sonogimaccha tea tasting offered, prepared during 8 hours of cold brewing. Great views around from room and hallways.

The room we had is small, hard to manage with luggage (but according to description). The bath is the worse part, because it was very cold due to the large window facing outside and also difficult to ensure phonic and visual privacy.

Great reception, especially Rin (wonderful personality, excellent service and totally professional too), the others were also very efficient, helpful and polite, but I had more interaction with Rin. The location was great, tram stop nearby, restaurants in the area, and an easy walk to China Town and Dejima. The room was nice, lovely shower, nice comfy bed and good atmosphere.

Nothing comes to mind. I nearly stayed a second night as I liked the hotel so much, but my itinerary didn't allow an extra night, bummer.

New and clean hotel. Excellent location, most sights within walking distance (except the A-Bomb Museum). Kind and pleasant service at the reception. A decent coffee machine on 3F. Laundry machines available for free at request. A public bath with an outdoors bath on the top floor.

Some noise from the corridor can be heard in the room. Not necessarily a big issue, if your room is far from the elevator.

Great location, with the bus stop around the corner leading to all major tourist attractions. Very clean but bathroom extremely compact. Loved that the laundry was complimentary and they have a great system to minimise the chance of any of your laundry disappearing with a blind which can be locked closed and the laundry room being locked.

Beds were very hard like concrete and not comfortable at all. Bathroom very compact.

This hotel was great, the staff were very friendly, they offer free coffee and green tea in the lobby, the room and bathroom were very modern and clean, the location was also great and right next to tram stops and the canal, great for walks. The price was also good! There’s a nice bar in the building too, and the gelato they sell was really nice (I’d recommend the castella flavour which is Nagasaki’s speciality cake). The decor in the lobby and ground floor was also nice.

Nothing!
