Location is solid - close to Shinchi Chinatown and Dejima, not far from a tram station and bus stops. The facilities impressed me - the communal baths were large enough, the room itself was spacious for capsule hotel standards, the layout was pretty cool, bathrooms were clean. Overall, it has all the facilities expected of a capsule hotel accommodation. The staff member who checked me in and briefed me had very good english and was very nice. Wifi was excellent.

The cabins don't lock. Would've liked more powerpoints in the common area. Otherwise, standard capsule hotel things - small room, not much soundproofing, communal bathroom, etc.

It was a really spacious cabin, not too stuffy at all and the whole building was well-kept, clean and quiet. Showers and bathroom area was really clean compared to some capsule places I have stayed at. The staff were also very nice and helpful. The place itself is a few minutes walk from Chinatown and less than a minute from one of the main tram lines and a big shopping/restaurant area. So it was a really nice base.

The doors to each cabin can sometimes make a racket when opening and closing but that's just a minor thing and depends on the other people who happen to be staying there

- The separate cabin was spacious compared to normal capsule hostels. - There's even a big locker for valuables that fit my laptop, tablet, mirrorless camera with 3 big lenses and a lot of other stuff, so if you're traveling with a lot of gear this place is ideal in that regard. - Also there was a washroom on the same floor, which I really liked (in other hostels there was only a toilet).

- As the capsule is so small, and there is NO space under the bed, you have to give your luggage to the receptionist who will put it away for storage. This is okay for 1-2 nights, as you can just put all the necessary stuff in your cabin, but for a longer period, this is not convenient. - The shower is not on the same floor as your capsule so you have to move around with your shower - No elevator to the 5th floor (reception is on the 4th floor) so you have to carry all your stuff via the staircase (although just one floor, so it's not that bad) - Wifi was so-so

It's conveniently located near Chinatown and a few other attractions at the southern part of Nagasaki City. The hostel has clean rooms, bathrooms, and a small bathhouse (sento). Pajamas are provided for the guests. Interesting that the staff can give the guests a "morning call" instead of letting their guests use the alarm clocks. The hotel wants to maintain the silence at the shared rooms. The facilities are top notch and the staff are helpful. とっても便利!

I just don't like the sexual solicitations outside the hotel at night. She slapped me for refusing her services. Dozamachi 銅座町 is Nagasaki's red light district. It's better if the staff know about this and warn their guests not to entertain them. You don't want guests to complain about losing money because of that.

Nice space, clean place. Public Bathroom and separate shower available. Never had to wait.

Very hard mattress. Not suitable for everyone. Missing a place to lay down stuff without having to move it when opening the locker storage or having to crawl inside on the mattress with outside clothes. Would be great to have board installed above the locker high enough to open the locker.

Cabin itself was comfortable and felt more spacious and quiet than some. Everything was clean. Public bath was also relaxing and spacious. Very convenient location. Would absolutely stay here again!

Like most cabins, the internal fan/air-con switch only seemed to provide minimal ventilation (especially with the privacy curtain closed), although the cabin did seem to cool down eventually during the night. If you sleep hot, consider bringing one of the small handheld personal fans for more airflow/cooling in the cabin itself.

Stayed for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The capsules were nice and tall and featured a TV, mattresses were a little firm but not a problem after long days of exploring. Public bath was nice and hot and had the whole place to myself one morning! Location is great too, a short walk from a tram stop and chinatown, and is surrounded with restaurants plus a shopping street across the road. Overall great value for money and would recommend!

Very helpful staff who patiently helped me to call the train company to retrieve my forgotten luggage. Location is amongst a multitude of izakayas, and only about 12 minutes by electric tram from Nagasaki station. Shared public bath space was nice and spacious and no one else around when I visited.

How the roller blinds to close your 'pod' space don't roll all the way down to the bottom as there is a stopper stopping it from going all the way down for some unknown reason. So noise travels a bit more easily. Luckily there were only about 3 to 5 other people on this entire floor the night I stayed.

Very clean facilities, nice staff. Beds are excellent! And there is even room to stand up inside the pod! Great design! With big TV! And drink and beer vending machine on site! But the shampoo in the shower smelled really bad? Like industrial chemicals! So I just used body wash which smelled fine. Fantastic location close to everything except the atomic bomb museum and peace park. But you can catch the trolley very close less than 3 min walk.

The shampoo that was provided.

The location is quite good. You are close to China town, the ferry to Gunkanjima and also Clover Gardens. A direct bus takes you to Insanyama and the atomic bomb memorial locations. There is in an Onsen with pleasantly mild temperature. There is a comfortable lounge with some interesting books. The communication with the staff in English was okay.

You have to store you luggage at the reception and the showers were on another floor, which is quite annoying. There is only one 'western shower' but you can also shower in the Onsen facilities.
