Well, this was an experience to be sure. The largest hotel room I have ever been in, beautiful wooden floors, and… ‘relaxing amenities’. Which was a bit weird since we booked clearly for two adults and one toddler. So this is primarily a love hotel. We decided to roll with it, we were really looking forward to a bath and a night in airconditioning after two weeks in a campervan. Our son enjoyed all the hottub settings and colours, we enjoyed the roomservice meal options and great fresh breakfast, all for a very fair price.

We missed the Adults Only marking on google, and booking.com showed us possibilities for booking with a toddler. Would not advice this hotel with kids that might be old enough to pick up on what happens there primarily. Otherwise the experience was great!

A beautiful hotel, probably the best room we stayed in Japan! Rooms are equipped with all the luxuries you can think; massage chair, jacuzzi, king size bed, massager, light settings, even a gambling machine, and so spacious! Whether you want to try the Love Hotel experience in Japan, or are just looking for a luxury stay for an affordable price, stay here! Staff were also very friendly and the 24hr room service was divine! They have a large menu and delicious food. This place is perfect for couples but we went as friends and had a great time.

The location could be better. You can get a taxi from the nearest station or Nara station, or you can walk from the nearest station (about 20 minutes). The walk is a bit questionable along a roadside (which we did with our bags!) but it’s not a busy road and we made it fine. Go get into Nara centre either get a taxi or walk to the nearest local bus stop (look on google maps) and it’s a direct 30-40 minute bus and very cheap!

Great hotel, with a nice structure. the room has many amenities (different skim care products, jacuzzi etc) that made us feel very spoiled in our stay

The location is terrible, at least 15 min walk from the closest bus stop. If you come by train, you have to take a bus from the train station, so it's very unconvenient to stay there if you need public transport. The food is also average, look like everything was already prepared and it was just heated. The food price is very cheap if you become a member though. Be aware that the staff also doesn't speak English

Spacious room/bathroom and fancy supply of toiletries. Free and easy parking in the middle of Nara, Osaka, and Kyoto. Front desk was accommodating and provided us with everything we needed. Right next to an expressway to Osaka

Lights could not be individually turned on or off, had to use predefined groups of lights

Room 228 is very comfortable. The bathing room makes a positive impression and is functional. The bed is comfortable. Light and music control is an additional advantage. The room includes a kettle, fridge, wardrobe and massage chair. It's nice that there is a window allowing access to fresh air. Very nice and helpful staff.

The only drawback is the distance of the facility from public transport. Moving with a large suitcase is not comfortable.

The hotel is a nice building. Room was spacious and had a touch of luxury to it with the massage chair and spa tub.

You definitely want a car with this place, leaving and coming back ends up being a day trip if you’re on foot. The place could really use some vending machines.

The hotel was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in the past 60 years. The staff was very kind and attentive. Japanese breakfast was delicious. The rooms were amazing. 

just beware in Addition to being a regular hotel it is also an adult hourly hotel but that does not distract from how nice it is. Also it is not very convenient for public transportation. You can easily use taxis

Everything good, but the blankets provided were too hot, and when I asked for replacement the we’re not any left
