I like this hotel and stayed twice recently. The service is excellent and room is clean, price is reasonable. The most important point is it located near the airport. It is very convenient for the earlier morning flight. Anyway, very recommended.

If the hotel price includes a simple breakfast, it would be the best. Most of customers stay in the hotel due to the hotel close to airport and their earlier flights. If hotel provides very simple breakfast before customers departure to airport, it would be the best. I thought it would not cost much for the complimentary breakfast.

Sky lounge for a drink with a view. Internal shop which covered most requirements. Buffet was reasonable for cost. My luggage was unloaded from shuttle luggage compartment by staff allowing me to get to check in counter and avoid getting stuck behind a gaggle of other customers. trying to check in. (Sit at front of shuttle to get out ASAP and get to check in counter) Check in then return to shuttle bay and collect your luggage.

Hard to find directions to shuttle from terminals in Narita airport. If they are on bookiing.com or hotel website I could not find them and had to piece together the info from different sites. Its reasonably simple. At terminal 2 go to bus stop 25. At terminal 1 go to bus stop 16 . To get to terminal 2 from terminal 3 use free airport shuttle to terminal 2. Walk 300 m to cross walk. Cross road to island and turn right on island to bus stop 25 which is about 100 m from crosswalk.

I was genuinely sad to leave this hotel, the rooms were much larger than where I stayed in central Tokyo. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food on offer, with both Japanese and Western options. The shuttle was convenient, however it did leave once without much warning at all, I'll mention more about this in the negative review.

We took the shuttle into Narita City and were going to catch it back to the hotel again, but when we were waiting there was a massive queue and we stood in the back of the line, but then the bus just left with the queue half empty and we had to catch a cab back to the hotel as that was the final shuttle for the night. I was very disappointed that they didn't signal to us that we should've just walked up onto the bus rather than wait at the back of the queue.

You can walk to Tobu from Terminal 3! It's a bit of an adventure because you walk by the road and then cross a dark parking lot, but it's totally ok to just walk and not bother about busses. The hotel is perfect for one night before or after a flight, nothing you would need more. We did not consume anything, so I cannot rate the food. Rooms and beds are huge, perfect for luggage organising or sorting. :)

There was nothing I did not like.

Convenient location, nice breakfast buffet, spacious room (holding 4-6), and very good restaurant. We go to Japan once a year to visit my family. We usually take a flight by a low cost airline from SFO to Narita, arriving at around 7pm. We usually stay a night at Tobu hotel because it is located near the airport and it is very easy to reach the hotel by a free shuttle bus. If you arrive at Narita airport at 7pm, there are not many options for food. There are no convenience stores near by. We usually go straight to the restaurant for dinner after checking in (there is a convenience store inside the hotel but there are not much food left after 8pm), then go to bed. Next morning, we get up very early well-rested because of jet-lag (and tiring LCC economy class), so we have a large breakfast (excellent buffet) and get ready to begin the travel in Japan.

Price...We stayed Tobu for four years in row, and I have a feeling that the price keeps rising.

Amazing breakfast, friendly staff and close to the airport.

Somewhat dated. We were going to take the last shuttle for our flight. We were told by the front desk that it was first come, first served when we checked in the night before. I wish they had said that the later shuttles often fill up and we would have planned our morning differently. We had to wait in line to get on an elevator from the 11th floor as each time the elevator stopped, it was already full. It took four times before we were able to get on. There was a line to check out and a mass of people waiting to get on the shuttle. We ended up taking a taxi to the airport. All of this really isn’t the fault of the hotel, but it did add stress to our morning.

We stayed 1night for a short layover. Clean and comfortable. Food was pretty good at the restaurant. Beds were comfy.

Though the closest hotel to airport it took a while to get there from terminal 1. We had to get up early enough to get in the queue for the airport shuttle.

Everything. Clean. Spacious. Comfortable

Only 1 bus every half hour to the terminal. We were told no need to book on just wait a reception. Although we got on the first bus, many others waiting with us did not. The hotel should have another bus on call for busy days.

Excellent value for money. We stayed at this hotel before an early morning flight. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport operated perfectly. Our room was the biggest one we had in Japan. Vending machine on each floor.

We arrived at 8pm at night and there did not appear to be any shop nearby, so bring provisions. There is a pool but it costs extra and you also need to purchase (expensive) swim hats.

Close to the airport, spacious rooms, restaurant available in the hotel, small convenience store also available.
