Location was fantastic. Easy access to train line via underground pass right outside. So close to Dotonburi, restaurants, shopping, Namba station. Nice compact hotel, had a decent view From our room, friendly staff. We booked the premium twin which has the 120cm width bed so we can share with our 12yo and 11yo kids. Overall comfortable stay

Room seem to heat up very easily, unless you open the windows but then the noise from the road with those very loud motorbikes will be very annoying especially at night. Had air con but we didn’t like sleeping with air con on so it was a little Uncomfortable to sleep through the night with the noise and turning the air con on and off. Room size was tiny, even for Japan standards.

The location is exceptional, Dotonbori is right behind the hotel, Namba station is really close and practical (use exit 24). Amenities station and currency exchange machine at the lobby are very practical. The room was clean and decently sized, the bathroom was great and water pressure was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Washing machines at the 11th floor are also very practical to have.

Nothing major, but our room got very warm in the morning if we left the blinds open because the sun hits it directly.

The location was really good, close to Dotonbori and the ground floor of the hotel has a Familymart Staff was very nice and helpful, they helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel There are a lot of ammenities at the reception to grab The rooms were very clean and spacious for the location They give you fresh towels every day even if you don't request cleaning, they also refill the soaps when they clean The laundry room is very easy to use and has a vending machine inside as well as an ice cube machine

The pillows were quite hard

The location was perfect! Very close to two train stations with multiple lines, as well as shopping and dining districts. Hotel staff were efficient as they allowed us to check in 1-2 hours ahead of the check-in time. From 2 to 8 pm daily, they also provide free drinks at the lobby, which was really kind of them.

The washers and dryers were old, and our laundry did not feel clean and dry despite going through the dryer for two cycles. As a result, many would use more than one dryer at one time, leaving other people stuck with wet laundries. It didn't help that the hotel room is small and does not allow hanging of clothes to air dry. For context, we could barely open fully two cabin luggages, one medium, and one large luggage in the room.

I had a great experience at this hotel in Osaka. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure guests felt welcome. The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the city. Although the rooms are small, they are comfortable and well-designed, perfect for a good night’s rest. I really appreciated the thoughtful details, like the complimentary umbrellas on rainy days, the welcome drink, and the facilities available at the front desk (like toiletries and other amenities). Highly recommended for a practical and pleasant stay in Osaka!

The location was fantastic. Just on the other side of Dotunburi but far enough away that the noise doesn’t disturb you. This location in particular was super easy to find (you walk from the Big Crab straight through the mall opposite, and you’re basically at the hotel). We enjoyed the self-serve amenities (you help yourself to small face wash, combs etc in reception) AND COIN LAUNDRY on the 11th floor. It was 300yen to wash (took 40 mins) and 100yen to dry (30 mins). Tip is to go early in the morning vs late night before, as the machines were busy at night. It auto-dispenses detergent however my clothes came out clean (I guess) but no detergent smell. For a basic room, it was very good value and we were in easy walking distance/connection to what we wanted to see, with lots of choices for food around. We were only there for 1 night. Rooms are small, which is the Japanese standard. But we are short people and packed light so it didn’t bother us.

There’s no view from our room (which we were OK with) but the main thing we disliked was we found it quite stuffy. I slept with a Tshirt over my pillow and the window slightly open. Heating and cooling is central, it seems. But otherwise for a short stay it was perfectly comfortable.

I really enjoyed this hotel, I upgraded us at the last minute to a twin room and was so happy I did with 2 adults and a 3 month old, it gave us so much room to be able to walk and sit and him still be able to sleep the hotel itself is nice and close to the food and action. You are surrounded by shopping streets also. Family Mart underneath. All and all really great. The welcome drink each day was also a nice touch. Also the ability to have a baby bath for the stay due to having a walk in shower not a tub was great also. I would definitely stay here again. They were also kind enough to let us in early due to having a 3 month old to get him settled. First and only hotel to allow this, this was a great help

The pillows, unfortunately these pillows were the worst in our whole stay. Nothing made them comfortable. This then was a roll on and made the beds not so great either. The other negative would be sound proofing. The motor bikes are known for excessive racing in Osaka and it was relentless all night. We were on the 7th floor and facing the over pass and you could hear them all night. The walls and ceilings being a touch thin also meant the above floors walking around could be heard or the neighbors sliding the bathroom door. I would request a high floor facing the other side next time I believe.

Very centrally located, Dotonbori is around the corner, Namba is across the street and just right outside infront of the hotel there’s an entrance to namba walk that connect to the metro where there are PLENTY of shops and restaurants. There’s also a Family Mart literally in the same building for late night snacks as well. Couldn’t get more convenient than this. Perfect for people who’s out and about all day and don’t use much of hotel facilities. Would stay again next time

The room has very little floor space. Need to shuffle around quite a lot when you unpack and repack but this was expected as room this size is quite common in japan.

The location was exceptional! You are right in the heart of Dotonbori and a two minute walk away from shops, bars and all the nightlife you could want on the river. FamilyMart right next door was also very convenient and there was a great taiyaki place down the road. Lots of okonomiyaki and takoyaki places nearby. The laundry facilities were good and easy to use. Staff were helpful with arranging luggage shipping, and the hotel was modern and clean. Complimentary drinks at reception were also appreciated. Good shower facilities as well.

Our room was very dark throughout the day as the window had been taped over. We had no natural light and it constantly felt like night time. This was not a major problem for us as we were out throughout the day but differed from our other hotels. It was also inconvenient only having one chair between the two of us.

Loved that the powder room lead to seperate toilet and shower, each in their own compartment. Had small nook to hang clothes. Only stayed overnight as we were headed to Tokyo the next day. However we came back later in the week and stayed for 6 nights in a Premium Twin. That is in a seperate review. But like to clarify for others, the beds in the standard twin room are about 95cm wide. It has a better bathroom set up (everything seperate) Although they allow children to stay free (booking will be accepted) it will NOT be a comfortable to share this size bed. We only did this bc everything else was sold out and we only needed over night stay. We had 2 adults 2 primary school kids. The Premium Twin room has wider beds (120cm) and was quite comfortable for parent /child to share a bed. We did this when we returned from Tokyo. However the bathroom set up was not as good. The powder room was shared with toilet. And shower was connected to powder room.

We only stayed over night, checked in around 10pm and left the next morning so nothing to complain except we forgot that the beds in a twin standard room was a single bed so it was an uncomfortable night sleep.
