The hotel is located near the bus stop and the metro, which is very convenient. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The room is clean. In addition to the kettle, there are bags of coffee and tea. The breakfast is delicious and varied. I really liked the origami figure that greeted me in the room. It's very sweet and welcoming. And it helped to immerse yourself even more in the culture and atmosphere of Japan.

It would be good to put signs with the titles of the dishes. The girl at the restaurant who accepts breakfast vouchers never smiled. This is very strange for the hospitality industry. Because of the big bed the room is very small and cramped even for Japan.

In proximity to the Namba station and the market near it, the location is really great. Very convenient to catch a train or a subway to go to the popular places nearby, it can be a hub from where you travel around.

The check-in machines are a headache to use. Even with the help of the staff near them, it still took a while to find the booking and get the card. Second gripe is with the room size. It is so small that you cannot open even a carry-on bag. There's no place to put it on or where to put your stuff once it is opened. And the TV commercials that turn on immediately as you enter the room. Could really do without them.

The location is the best, there is a family mart just at the lobby entrance, and you are just literally less than 20 steps away from alleys filled with awesome eateries

Needed to store the luggage for a night as I was going to Kyoto for a night, but staff politely declined as I was not staying with them when I returned. No big issue, travellers like me can always use the storage at the train station, super convenient about 1,000 to 1,500 yen for slightly more than 24 hours The room is really small, we are both very petite but struggled to walk past each other when we need to go to the bed or the bathroom - but majority of the hotel rooms in Japan are such, so no biggie. Bathroom is really tiny and narrow.

The location was very convenient to get to via multiple stations. The room was small but clean. It was great that the cleaning staff provided new toiletries and towels by the door even if it wasn't cleaning day or if I didn't request my room to be made up. Check-in and Check-out were very easy and convenient to do, even as a first-timer. I was also able to exchange some money in the lobby, which was very convenient!

I was placed near the emergency staircase, and either guests or staff would slam that door, which would shake my room and make a loud sound. The cleaning staff were very nice but did the organization of trash and sheets in front of the elevators in the middle of the day/afternoon, and that was a bit inconvient to see and get around.

The room was small, but very clean and well organized. The bed was very comfortable. Wifi was great. The hotel is in a great location - near the Namba train station as well as near Dotonburi and all the food stalls and shopping. Also a Lawson right across the street and 7-11 a block or so away for those quick snacks, ATM, etc

I would be nice if there was a way to keep the cleaning staff from dropping off the bags of new towels and accessories every day. I don't need them EVERY day and it seems wasteful that I had to keep accumulating these bags until cleaning day. Maybe a "New towels today, please" sign or something. If that sign isn't out, then no new towels are left. Not a super big deal, but I imagine the cleaning staff would prefer to only do what's necessary.

The location of the Namba Ekihigashi was great. Restaurants, train station, and night life right from the front doors of the hotel or a short walk. This branch also provided bag holding services, which was very much welcomed and appreciated on our last day after we had checked out. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends visiting Osaka.

When I checked into my room, there was a dried pair of contact lenses stuck to the hotel brochure sitting on the desk. Other than small little cleanliness annoyances, the hotel met all my expectations.

The room was a good size for one person. Location was very convenient.

We were early when we checked in. We just wanted to drop off our luggage and go, but we felt like the staff who were behind the desk weren't super friendly or helpful. On top of this, we'd just walked through torrential rain to get to the hotel, so not having a super friendly reception didn't make us feel very welcome when we knew we had to go back out in such bad weather (or just sit in the reception for 2 hours before our room was ready). Other than that, all other staff we dealt with were helpful, polite, friendly and kind.

- Hotel location is excellent. 5 mins from Namba Station, and basically right in the middle of all good restaurants. Lawson a convenience store which sells alcohol, snacks, food is opposite the hotel. - Rooms are very clean. Although its small but it is expected. Very comforable and clean. Good facilities. Check in was very fast. Took only 5 mins. They have an option of late checkout by paying 1000 yen for every hour you extend. Maximum you can extend is upto 2 pm i guess. - Staff are amazing as with all people we met in Japan.

I didnt like the fact that i had only 5 days stay, wish i could stay more.

Perfect stay. Location is great, very close to Namba station (5min walk from one of the entrances). Walking distance to Dontobori. It is a very lively area with many stores and restaurants, but we heard no noise at night. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable. Of course rooms are small but we already knew that beforehand and had no problem moving around with 2 backpacks and 2 cabin sized suitcases stationed there. Shower might be small for people taller than 1.75m but it was fine for us. WiFi worked great. The staff was very helpful directing us to the nearest drug store when we asked for it.

Excellent location, close to shopping precinct and Namba train station. No traffic noise or loud external noise at all. Check-in staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and tidy with excellent (separate) bathroom facilities. Bottled water (complimentary) as well as amenity packs with toothbrushes and hairbrushes were appreciated. The room also had a small fridge

The room was small. The QS bed went from wall to wall lengthwise and one side of the bed was against another wall, with a 50cm gap to desk and a small fridge. Little room for cases except in the small passage area between the bathroom and the door
