Location was excellent, just across the street from Shin-Imamiya JR/Nankai Station and a FamilyMart convenience store, allowing access to the Osaka Loop Line. Subway station Dobutsuen-Mae is also within walking distance. Tennoji area/Shinsekai are not too far, I usually walked there. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy. Air conditioning worked fine. Shower had good water pressure and hot water did not take long. Staff was helpful and friendly whenever I had an inquiry.

There were some noticeable train noises, but those stopped when the trains did (around midnight). A little tight on space with one suitcase opened, let alone two.

The location is opposite the train station. Which is convenient to travel to, there is also a convenience store on the opposite side. The room is quite small, especially the bathroom. I love the breakfast here there are a variety of types of food but it's the same every day.

the room that quite small but if you using it for sleep not living in this room all day it's ok. The blanket is very thick, you will feel hot late at night. But if you don't cover up, it's cold. It's actually located opposite the train station. But if you have large and heavy luggage I recommend taking the Nankai instead of the JR because the JR has to walk up steep stairs. There is only an elevator at the east exit.

Inside you can find breakfast in the morning and coffee during a day. Also you can use Landry and leave your luggage for a few hours if you arrived before check in time. Outside you can walk to Osaka Castle and beautiful Parks, visit modern malls, or use a subway and get to any other place in the city.

The hotel is just across the West Exit of Nankai Shin-imamiya Station / JR Shin-Imamiya Station. There is also a supermarket nearby. Shinsekai is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is quiet, and has a locker for you to keep your luggage in if you arrive before check in. Free toothbrush, cotton squares, razor, hair brush, cotton buds, and ear plugs are available at the common area in the lobby. The room has a small refrigerator, some hangers and a rack, a table and stool, hair dryer, water heater, TV, and disposable slippers. Towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available in the ensuite bathroom. Between the two beds is a power outlet and 2 USB outlets. Sleepwear is available near the elevators. There is an option to include breakfast during booking. Since we had to leave early, we opted not to include breakfast.

The room was smaller than expected. Though it was a twin room, only one luggage can be opened at a time.

It was really close to Shin Imamiya station so it was easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. If you’re travelling light and simply need a place to sleep and shower, the compact room was really good. We opted to include breakfast in the morning and the Japanese selection was good, even had takoyaki! Checking in and out was also a breeze and they even let you keep your luggage in the lobby before the check in time and after you check out should you want to use that time to go explore Osaka more.

The washing machine’s dryer function was not very good as it did not even dry clothes properly after being in the dryer for an hour.

Location was great, very convenient for supermarket access and train station. Shinsekai and tennoji aren't too far, you can walk there easily. It was a perfect spot for a short staying. Shower was strong and nice. They had an amazing free luggage locker area, free bikes to use and staff was very friendly. Beds and AC were great!

The room I booked was a bit smaller than I expected for japan standards, that didn't bother me much (i was aware of it), especially for my girlfriend and I. Also I tried to do my work but the desk was about 35cm wide. That made hard for me to work with a few devices, almost impossible. Apart from that everything there was fine for our shot staying.

Didn't get to try the breakfast which was a disappointment but we couldn't get up, however if they're was maybe dinner or snack packs around would be a bonus instead of running across the road especially on raining weathers or a mid-night cravings for food.

We stayed for over 10+ days in the same room/floor but we could hear that rooms next door/opposite to us always banging (package suitcase etc:) and especially the one above us. Even tho, they had considered us to be places in the corner but maybe not on a same level with tourist groups or if possible to place us higher from above floors banging down.

Location is right across Shin-Imamiya station, very convenient. The room is clean and comfortable.

The room is right beside the train rail so it gets quite noisy even at night.

Location is good, very suitable for those who are catching a train to Kansai Airport, as the train station is just right opposite to the hotel, with just 2 mins of walk. Apart from this, you can still easily arrive at main attractions such as Dotonbori and Osaka-Umeda due to the easy access to public transport. Room is clean and comfortable, which really worth the price that I have paid for, and I enjoy staying in the hotel. However, if you are someone who needs to sleep in total serene, you might need to re-consider your options, as you might be able to hear the trains passing by during night time and early morning. However, this is not a problem for me.

Cost Performance was high. It is a pretty much newly built hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke basic English as well. Location was convenient as well as Doutonbori was just 3 kms away. Breakfast option was decent for the price.

Area a bit shady as many homeless people however it is not a bother as they usually do not cause any issues. Variety of breakfast food items was average as was pretty much limited with Salad, Bread, scrambled egg, tea/cofee/milk/juices and other stuff mainly targetted for Japanese people. There were no boiled eggs or option of Omlette/Sunny Side up or desert options. Also, the car parking of 2000 yens was pretty expensive relative to the location and compared to a nearby parking which was 900 yens for entire day.
