Location was very convienent and easy to find via google maps. The iconic dark brown and white or beige trim was exactly like the pictures that I saw online. The host, she was amazing, took time out of her day to show me how to gain access to the key and the room was just as you see in the pictures. The building structures are made from shipping containers and the interior rooms are very confortable, spacious as one can be in the units! Also don't hear your neighbors, the units are well insulated and double pained glass.

Firstly, I love how I didn't need to interact with the receptionist as it utilises technology (iPad) to retrieve the room number and cards! I think this was a great way and hassle free, without stressing over possible language barriers. Secondly, it was superbly clean and big! There was a space where we could fit 3 large sized luggages, without them eating into our resting space (such as the coffee table, sofa and beds) Finally, the parking area was easy to find. The location was also great, considering the affordable price!

Perhaps because it was more of like an inn theme, they do not cater breakfast. But there are great food areas around the corner. Also, it would have been more comfortable if the extra bed was an actual bed or slightly higher in height. But it was still comfy and relatively pleasant to rest on.

Clean, and met all of our needs staying two nights in Otaru. Clever system to minimise the need for a staff. Yet whenever I saw a staff around, they were helpful and polite. A rollaway bed and pullout sofa were available as options to set up an additional bed as we traveling with two young children.

The rollaway bed and pullout sofa were not comfortable to sleep in but made do.

The hotel resembles a container, located within walking distance of the morning seafood market, Aeon Maxvale shop, and Daiso. Please note that the parking lots are limited.

The room and toilet are quite small for 4 people. Shared toilet and bathroom, so when 1 person is bathing, others cannot use the toilet, so a bit not convenient.

Clean and spacious. A little walk from the canel but is still manageable. Free and ample parking which was a bonus.

Stayed for 2 nights and there was no cleaning. No changing of towels too. Do note.

Hoter is a litter bit far from tourist attraction and shopping mall or mini mart.

4 bottles of water for 3 nights stay is a bit unacceptable. Sofa bed is not comfortable for adult.

Cozy, comfortable, squeaky clean and warm! Everything was near and there was a small lounge area in the room.

Breakfast location was a bit tricky to find despite the map given to us. Might be helpful to ask the staff to point it out to you when checking in.
