The location was great! Nearby shopping and Shibuya station. Within walking distance of conbini stores in case you need to grab a snack or toiletries. I also loved the fact that they were environmentally conscious. Overall vibe was very modern and unique. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They helped us get a taxi to get to our next destination.

The room was a bit small and crowded for the two of us, but it was Tokyo, after all! Limited space for luggage. You also need to take an elevator to get to the lobby before entering another elevator to the room due to the layout of the building.

It's a very good location practically a few blocks from Shibuya Crossing & the key train station (but those few blocks are far enough & in the right direction for your hotel block to be relatively quiet at night) which means plenty of food + easy access, plus a modern hotel experience.

You're paying for that location + modern living. The rooms are small by global standards (but quite normal for Tokyo & personally we did not find it a hassle for handling luggage, unless you're bringing large American sized checked baggage into Japan).

The location of this hotel was AMAZING. A stone's throw from a major station, providing quick connections all over the city and walking distance to many important sights and cook districts.

The check in felt very hands off and cold, being done all via self serve machines with very little human contact. However all staff were super friendly and helpful when approached for assistance.

Perfect location, close to the action without noise. Room with a good view, super supportive staff!

Some minor interior design flaws in the room: like why can’t the space under the bench not be used as storage for luggage, why aren’t there shelf’s above the minibar …

The location is fantastic. Moving around was super easy - every point of interest we went to was one subway or train ride away from Shibuya station. The breakfast was very tasty. Staff was warm and friendly, interacted with us and our kids very nicely.

The room was absolutely tiny. We had to keep our luggage in the hallway since the room itself is literally just two beds from wall to wall. Breakfast was limited to only 5 or 6 different dishes. The coffee that came free with the breakfast was not good (at least to my taste - very sour).

The location is nice, close to Shibuya but still very quiet.

Good hotel if you want to feel you're in a hype hotel in LA, eat pizza, avocado bread and french toast. Not great if you actually want to feel in Tokyo!

Property was staffed with English speakers which helped a lot. The AC was piping cold which was nice because in late June and early July Tokyo is extremely hot. Staff was friendly with setting up luggage travel and any accomadatioms requested. The rooms are very small . I stayed 1 adult and 2 young children and it was extremely cramped with luggage but beds were comfortable just not much wiggle room inside the room. We are traveling not to stay In room so we made it work. Would stay here again with one other person but probably not again with more than 2 people in room due to small size and limited space.

The location is unbeatable. This is my 10th visit to Japan and yet nothing beats shopping in Shibuya and the neighboring areas. The pizzeria next to the lobby is exceptionally good as well and we ate there a lot, either for breakfast or lunch. Getting out of the hotel and seeing the towering Yamashita Park in front of you never gets old.

We got one of the King rooms (about 20 square meters) and it’s a bit small for two people, considering each of us had 2 luggage. The shelves aren’t deep enough for proper displaying of clothes. If you can organize yourself in a small room, this should be okay. We got used to it and we both agreed at the end that it was worth the compromise.

The location was great and the pizza and cafe space on site was amazing. We didn't include breakfast on our booking but had the breakfast one morning and although slightly on the expensive side for what you get, it was really tasty.

You got the bare minimum toiletries in the room, compared to the other hotels we stayed in (which was in Ginza). If you want some more things you have to ask Reception staff, which I found awkward. I understand they are being ecofriendly, but it didn't feel as welcoming as other hotels we stayed in. The beds are on platforms and I found it hard to navigate, getting in and out of bed etc.

I really enjoyed my stay. I loved the area, the cafe and restaurant, and all the staff. My room was compact and in reality smaller than the pictures made it seem, but it is as described, - Tokyo style compact. It didn't take long for me to overcome that and settle in and grow to love my room. I loved the design, the kettle, the hair dryer, the shower and the Toto toilet, and the products provided. I loved the Lemongrass x Green Tea. It would be great to provide some coffee bags for those that like to sit in bed with one first thing. The hotel is small, and I love that. It's different and had a relaxed vibe. This 49 year old girl loved it.

FYI the bed was a bit uncomfortable for me, so my sleep was more broken than usual, but many beds are for me. Most people would find it comfy I think.
