- Unbeatable price/location - The location is incredibly convenient, literally 3 mins walk away from Akihabara Station/Yamanote Line - The bed was equipped with a control panel with 4 USB charging ports, and switches to control the a/c and the lights of the room - Lots of restaurants, bars, pubs within a few steps - 7-Eleven right around the corner - The staff were exceptionally polite, spoke perfect English, and always ready to help
- The a/c was making some weird annoying noises and was orientated directly towards the bed - The room size, while fine for a solo traveler, might be a bit cramped for two people and reminded me of my university dorm days. - Only one lift, might be inconvenient during rush hours

This hotel far exceeded my expectations as one of the cheaper places. It was so clean, fresh towels everyday and the room was cleaned every 2 days. We were supplied with toiletries, even razors and toothbrushes. The hotel had a little shop downstairs along with a microwave and ice machine. It was just 5mins away from Akihabara station, perfect for exploring Tokyo, yet very quiet at night. The staff were so lovely and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
The only bad thing I can say about this hotel is the rooms are small, but it's completely manageable especially as we were out exploring most of the day and we were expecting the room to be small when we booked so it wasn't a surprise. The bed wasn't amazingly comfortable, but we were always tired from walking around the city all day!

One of the best of the APA chain. The hotel appears to be very new, or at least newly renovated, so everything looks fresh. The staff was super polite. Everything is super clean, well-explained, and well-organised. Location is insane: 2 minutes walking to the nearest entrance to the Hibiya line, and 5-10 minutes to Akihabara station. The neighbourhood is super lively and pretty. Many eateries and convenience stores around.
The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. APA pillows tend to be weird (to my taste), and the bed is always a bet (the mattress often feels uneven).

Room is pretty tight. Enough to navigate around and put the luggage down. Its okay. The bed has a huge space underneath for luggage storage. Plus, the hotel is easily accessible and walkable from Akihabara station, but far enough to be out of the dense crowd. It was perfect for me. It has auto checkout too. Checked out early for my morning flight and left without a hassle. Staff are generally kind to help and the room and general area is clean. There was also a small convenience store in the 1st floor. Its convenient, but sadly the selections are more limited. There is a 7-11 nearby though so it was okay.

Excellent price commodity rate
The thing is that we paid breakfast included that was about 200 usd extra and when we arrived they told us the breakfast was not served in the hotel, we had to go to a cafe that was like a 10 min walk from the hotel. The cafe had a special menu for the hotel residents with only 2 options. So essentially if you didn’t like one you’d end up with the same breakfast all days. I think you can get much better breakfast for the price walking around in Tokyo (even in near coffee stores).

Even though the rooms compared to american hotels are drastically smaller, it was well put together and thought out to save as much space as possible! My wife and I's honeymoon was amazing. We stayed there for a week and can't complain about how everything was! We were a less than a 5, minute walk than Akihabara station, which made travel quick and easy. Plenty of conbini and cheap food nearby too if you just need a late night snack or even breakfast for the next day!
This is just because I am american, but the room was super small. My wife and I were basically walking over each other to move around. It was inconvenient but there were bigger rooms available! So next time we're in Japan we will try the upgraded size and see how that goes.

Easy walk to the heart of Akihabara with lots of eateries nearby. There's a cute cafe and park around the corner with Sakura blooming. The room was very quiet even though it was next to the elevator. The whole facility was clean and the lobby food shop was a lifesaver when I arrived past midnight.
The room was very small, the bathroom was cramped but I knew that when I booked it. It forced me to spend more time out, site seeing, and mainly slept in the room. It's good for a solo traveler for a couple days. They have bigger rooms for a higher rate.

The hotel is strategically located well for it is very near the train station, but most of all. If you are an avid "Window Shopper" of Tech stuff. Yodobashi is SUPER DUPER NEAR! Food? Not a problem because 7-eleven is super duper near as well, same goes for Coco Ichibanya! Very near! If Train is not your go to thing then, getting a Taxi using the Go app is very easily accessible because early morning, you will definitely see a lot of taxi!
NONE at all! There is not nothing that you would not like!

It was in a very good location to the metro with close proximity to convenience stores and restaurants. My son loves manga and anime so we stayed here as it was very close to electric city and everything he wanted! Great location to also whizz around Tokyo on the metro. A good side of town for easily getting to and from Narita airport too! Rooms are very small but expected for Tokyo.
Don’t expect breakfast at the property. ‘Breakfast included’ means a voucher for a ‘cafe’ 8min walk away where you have options of a coffee or tea and ham and salad roll or hotdog in a bun.

Its a nice hotel and located very close to Akihabara station. The staff is so nice and speaks English really well which is not usual for Japan. They also have an HDMI port in the bed frame for connecting to the tv, which i thought was cool. (At least in my room) There are also a lot of restaurants nearby.
The hotel is good, There are only small inconveniences. There is no washing machine in the hotel and the nearby laundromat is a little inconvenient. The is a small store but no real breakfast options. Usually APA hotels have a vending machine with beer and alcohol but you could not buy beer at all.
