It was my first time in Tokyo, so I choose this hostel because of its close proximity to the airport link. The area is quiet, there are lots of shops and supermarkets nearby, and also a small post office within 100m. I had an upper bunk, which was comfy, but the light is very strong and too excessive over the bed. There is a roll down curtail for privacy, and a locker for your stuff, altough its a bit narrow for luggage. There were 2 showers 2 toilets on my floor, and I never had to wait. Lobby area is big, good for socializing. They also have a small restaurant / takeaway but I didn't try, maybe next time :)

This was by far the best hostel I stayed at during my time in Japan. The staff were incredibly kind, motivated, and genuinely welcoming – I really felt well taken care of. They were also very helpful when I had questions, and always willing to give tips or assist with anything I needed. In general, I’ve noticed that hostels in Japan tend to be a bit different compared to my travel experiences elsewhere, but this place really stood out in the best way. There was a great vibe, especially thanks to a casual social space in the café area that naturally encouraged conversation among travelers – something I found quite rare in other places. All in all, a great atmosphere, truly lovely people, and a place I would definitely recommend.

Coffee for breakfast could be improved: more sustainable way than people using a lot of the small packed milks

I appreciate the staff, who were very attentive and friendly. There was also a nice spot to relax, such as a cafeteria or lounge. The kitchen was well-equipped for anyone needing to warm up food or get water. I liked the shower and bathroom; they were clean and well-prepared for use. Additionally, they provided everything necessary, including a coin-operated washing machine, shampoo, body wash, and more. It is also very close to major stations (15-minute walk), and there are several convenience stores nearby.

I think it's not related directly with them but it was a little uncomfortable to hear noises of the other guests at night because some didn't respect the silence time and were annoying. The bathroom might get full but you could try in other bathrooms from different floors.

It is excellent value for money. Well located on several metro lines, it's an easy walk away from them in a quiet street. The kitchen / lounge space is wide and mostly free, great for breakfast or a quick break during the day. It's great that you can let yourself in at night if you arrive late. The beds Are comfortable and I liked that we were only four in the room leaving space to store our luggages. The bathroom was clean and the body soap, shampoo and conditioner smell heavenly. Lastly the staff was helpful and very nice. Thank you for a great stay!

I didn't use the breakfast offer because it was a donut and I didn't fancy it. My roomates all said it wasn't amazing. It's a shame because they have a kitchen and cook later in the day so maybe that's something that could change.

Very good accommodation despite the small size of the room. Everything was clean. There are toilets reserved for women as well as showers, a real comfort. The possibility of eating on site because there is a small restaurant in the hotel and the young woman is very accommodating and warm despite having asked her for a meal 5 minutes before closing (we had just arrived from the airport). In short, a very good spot.

The beds are in a kind of niche, not ideal for claustrophobics. You absolutely must check in before 11 p.m. or you lose your room, which is not easy when you're tied to flight times. Be aware of this.

Facility was located near Akihabara station, within 10-15 mins walk. The location was quiet and I enjoyed my time at the hostel. The staff are very welcoming and speak some English, very straightforward and easy. I stayed for 2 nights and got lucky as the people in my dorm were relatively quiet. There were some conversations that did happen at night but they kept it short. It really depends on who ends up being in the same room as you. The washroom was outside our room so when people were blow drying their hair, you could hear that. There is a small locker that you can keep your valuables locked up but your carry on or checked luggage would be in the room with you. Other than that, it was a great time. Definitely would stay here again!

Did not get provided any slippers, toothbrush, or towel. Would be extra, would have been nice if that was included.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The capsules and the bathroom were clean. During our stay we only had good capsule neighbors. Everyone tried not to disturb each other. The bed was comfortable. The only downside is the breakfast. We chose the accommodation because of the breakfast offer. We got tea and coffee and only donuts. They weren't even tasty. Individually wrapped, very greasy and very tasteless. So you can't call it breakfast. If only the donuts had been tasty...

Very nice accommodations, modern design, and very comfortable. I was lucky to be able to find this place, and I booked 3 nights not long before the check-in date. The staff is great, especially Akino. I didn't ask for her name, but I saw it on the "Meet Our Staff" board. She is an enthusiastic, energetic girl who can speak English very well and has traveled to many countries. Both the room and the bathroom are nice, clean, and private even though it is a shared space.

When I got there at 11:20 a.m., no one was at the check-in desk for about 30 minutes. I hope I can find a button to press to call someone. The location is also a bit far from the train stations and not on a main road, which made it hard for me to get to and from the hotel with the luggage. As I walk lhome late at night, the street is very quiet, but that's fine. I feel very safe in Japan.

The hotel is located right next to Akihabara - 5 minutes by foot, tops. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The facilities are clean and functional. The provided lockers are serviceable and security in general is valued.

Avoid political topics - the entire staff is quite far left even by western standards. The size of the capsule rooms, 12 beds, is challenging considering this is right next to one of the biggest entertainment areas of Japan; or to put it differently, "hell is other people".

Good and clean facilities. The women's washroom was very spacious and well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hairdryer. The room was clean but not much free space which made packing/unpacking a bit more difficult, but not unmanageable. The aircon worked very well in the room and the complimentary earplugs were appreciated. The location was great with the hostel being equidistant from Akihabara and Asakusabashi stations so it was well connected to the rest of Tokyo.

Breakfast was tea/coffee and a doughnut. It had to be booked the day before, which I often forgot to do.
